These guys are great. Jimmy and Gabriel went above and beyond to help with an unusual problem. They got my part ordered and shipped. I can't thank them enough for all their help.

Our water heaters thermocouple went out. We spoke with Russell. Very knowledgeable. The store was closing, but he met us outside of the store 15 minutes after store was closed with a new kit. He honored the warranty . We now have hot water. Excellent customer service. We will be back.
