A ghost town and the guy in the corner on his phone may have never even known we were in the store. Pretty weak. Had everything I needed, but apparently, you can't GIVE business away. Had to wait a few days to get my sons gift, but worth it, didnt have to come back here.

Came in looking for a jersey for my dad for an upcoming game. There was a short king with a beard pulling stuff out of a box. I stood in front of the register looking up and he completely ignored me. After asking a few questions and getting one word answers I decided he didn't actually want to make a sale or be bothered with me. So I went down to the other store Pro Image and purchased it there. Prices were better at this store and had there been better customer service I would've purchased here. But I refuse to give my money to someone who very clearly didn't want to be bothered with me.

Looks like I'm not the only person who has a problem with THE OWNER of the store. Talking crap, looking at me like I'm stealing things for no reason other than I'm shopping in your store, a******* I spent close to $200 in your overpriced illegitimate Jersey store because I had to do this for a party. I should have returned the thing once I went to was over just so you don't get to keep my money. This guy clearly treats his employees like s*** too because of of them confided in me that he's a total dick. Why do you have a retail store if you're going to treat people like crap. Go be a janitor so you can deal with what you want, turds. I will never shop here, again and I hope no one does. Screw you!

Was in search of a particular gift for a male friend, I came upon "Fanzz," although very impressive ?, I was looking for statues of exotic animals or etc! "Nathaniel" ohhh Nathaniel, was so kind! Unfortunately, they don't carry those types of things, so he pointed me to a store in the mall that did....where I found exactly what I was looking for......"that's character!" He will be blessed, trust me...that's something in you...not on you! Thank you again babes ??

I’m only giving this store 5 stars because of the assistant manager Nathaniel he has exceptional customer service.. every time I come in there he is amazing.. idk why the other manager is still the store manger he’s lazy and doesn’t do anything he always leaves the store whenever he wants. His customer service is horrible.i literally come in there every other week and Nathaniel is the only manager working his butt off.

Horrible and rude service from the white man with beard. The service was so bad we decided to not shop there anymore. The attitude presented towards us was sarcastic and rude when it wasn't explained wrong by their own people. He was also rude to his own coworker. Disappointed
