Makes sure you check the Yelp reviews as well - please don't make the same mistake I did.At first I was excited because I thought I'd finally found a non-shady storage business - the reviews on Google were good.Bri was helpful when my things were moved to the unit, coordinating things so that it was fairly low stress even as I was unable to be there in person (I had already moved across the country).I set up autopay for my account.However, a couple months in - and only because I happened to log in to the account myself - I saw that apparently payment had failed, and I was being charged multiple late fees, as well as a "lien fee" and a "pre-foreclosure fee."Extra Space Storage never notified me about this payment issue....and in the State of California, charging fees after failure to provide notification is illegal.It's also illegal to charge a "lien fee" without notification in a specific way, as outlined in the law.I emailed them at least 12 times about this issue, after having emailed them without trouble when initially setting things up. I was also left with no choice but to send them a Demand Letter regarding removal of these fees.Their website will not allow you to make payment of any kind unless you're also paying the unlawful fees. Their customer service has been abysmal.They've been awful.

Clean facilities and very nice staff! I stored my stuff here for a month and never had any break ins or tampering with my stuff. Would recommend. Shout out to my girl Bri! She helped me both times I came into the office and was so sweet and helpful.

I have had a very positive experience using this storage facility. I immediately knew I wanted to rent here after speaking with Brie in the front office. She was extremely knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. She has always gone above & beyond to be accommodating. The entire staff is exceptional & very professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit. The location is right off of the 15 freeway, between Palmdale Rd. & Nisqualli Rd. which is very convenient. The facility is always clean & well maintained. A++

Nyesha was very friendly and was very helpful! Process was quick and easy, she was able to answer the questions I had regarding storage unit sizes. Would definitely recommend to others.
