I was involved in an auto accident with my family and was so devastated. I didn’t know what yo do. I found EWANISZYK LAW FIRM, and am so grateful for their help that I received. I cannot thank Maricela Shahin “my case manager” enough for all her assistance and for always keeping me in the loop! I 100% recommend Ewanisky Law Firm! They helped me get a continuance on my case before they even took it on officially. They were good at delivering information to me in timely manner, they thought a lot about what I was dealing with and what evidence was needed. Ewaniszyk law firm held my hand and walked me through an extremely messy divorce. They are very honest. Even told me I didn’t need extra advice which would have allowed them to make more money. When I had issues making payments again they were there to help me. Wonderful staff, I didn’t ever come across anyone who wasn’t helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend them for any legal matter!

Retain literally any Lawyer instead of him. I called Richard regarding a dispute with my landlord, and explained the situation as it pertains to her having me and my family signing an illegal lease agreement, renting illegally and many other things. As I explained the case Richard was heard laughing on the phone, being very smug, rude, unprofessional, and he began arguing with me on the phone and talking to me like a bum on the street. I have never in my life been approached by a professional in this manner. His secretary was very rude when answering the phone and not inviting at all. Richard was a condescending jerk the whole phone call and was of no help to the community he is paid to serve. Once he realized I no longer wanted to seek his services and he wasn’t going to get money, his whole tune changed. I would stay far away from this law firm as Richard doesn’t care about the people or his community, he is only after a money grab. He is very insulting calling myself and my family liars and squatters in a property we have paid more than the legal amount of rent increase at for 5 years ON TIME. Don’t waste your time here.

Incredible experience! Right from the start a gentleman by the name of Thomas interviewed me about my case. He was so knowledgeable and genuine. My attorney was Ms.Diana Spidall. She was such a joy ! Ms Spidall represented me for a very difficult child support case. Thanks to her my child support amount was reduced significantly. The entire staff was always on top of everything and got back to me quickly. Chosing Ewaniszyk Law office to represent me was the best decision I have made! Thank you guys!!

We had so many questions and we walked into Ewaniszyk Law Firm and spoke to Thomas Ponce. He didn't know us at all and he sat with us, listened to our situation gave us guidance and really helped us go in the right direction. We have since, gotten things situated but I would highly recommend Ewaniszyk for your legal needs. They are just great people and they know the law.
