If I could give negative stars I would, staff is sloppy and unprofessional. Very rude and entitled. The owner especially is problematic and does the worst job. NEVER GO HERE!!

Terrible place. I gave them a reference photos with short on the sides and long on top. I did not get at all what I wanted. I now have zero to no hair. The top is as short as possible completely the opposite of what I wanted. The lady who cut my hair kept hitting the head and was being way to rough. I didn't catch her name but she short colorful hair. She then acted like she did a good job. I will never go back to this God afwul place. Terrible people.

Worst place in the high desert for haircuts, especially for men. I used to take my kids there, and they would end up with a haircut that was completely different than what they asked . I never see them disinfecting or cleaning their tools after each customer. They also make a lot of mistakes.

I'm only giving a this rating because of Ivan (he's great) or else it would be a 1 star. Ivan is a really good barber and the prize isn't ridiculous like other barber shops/ beauty salons There's a couple of rude lady's there specially Mayra... not so much rude but unprofessional does not listen.

Pedí un corte de cabello con el # 1 delos lados y rebajado arriba fui muy claro, nada especial un simple corte, más sin embargo la persona que le cortó el pelo hizo el corte que ella quiso y estando presente mientras le cortaba le dije NO ASÍ NO y ella continuó y decía ""Esque así queda mejor"" y le insistí NO ASÍ NO ES pero ella no me hizo caso mientras seguía pasando sin parar la máquina por su cabeza, le dije que no me escucha pero ella insistía diciendo asi se ve mejor y seguía cortando. Al final le puso mucha gel al Niño y lo peino. Cuando llego a casa lo bañamos se secó su pelo quedó horrible disparejo y trasquilado nada como yo le pedí. Es la primera vez que veo un peluquero insiste en hacer lo que el quiere, quizá hubiera aceptado el corte pero estaba todo mal cortado, está mujer es muy necia, el echo que algunos cortes estén de moda no significa que deba corral el pelo a mi hijo así, yo solo quería algo muy muy simple es un Niño de 8 años a el no le interesa andar peinado por eso quería un corte que no requiriera andar peinado.
