I recommend for everyone to find a different auto repair shop. I made an appointment for Wednesday 12/6 at 9am to get my vehicle serviced and when I arrive at Ernie's Auto Service I am told that the guy doing the service is not here and asked if I can come back tomorrow. Don't make appointments that you can't keep or a phone call to reschedule the appointment. Terrible customer service

I loved the outcome I got . I found this shop on yelp & they responded fast & gave me the soonest appt . Would've been 5 stars only because I wish they had in-house payments just because the total of my car was expensive but other than that the service was 10/10 !

I got to meet the owner and I described the problem with my vehicle and I expected, "you are going to have to leave your car overnight and we will try to get to it tomorrow...", but instead he took my keys drive it around the block, put it in the lift, and saw the problem. He quickly fixed it and charged very fairly based on service. I truly felt this gentleman was honest and sincere. I even saw him trying to help another customer and he gave her kind service too. I'll start first here when my car needs its next visit. I'm very pleased.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Ernie's Auto Repair! They were well under all the other quotes I received, yet the work done was superior on the repair. Jasmine was friendly, competent, and efficient. I will always use this shop for my auto repair needs.

Praise the Lord. I've been asking the Lord to lead me to a good mechanic and He led me to Ernies. They were very nice and professional. The rates were very reasonable. The problem was nothing like I thought but yet they diagnosed it and had me up and running. I found my shop and recommend them highly. Good job guys.

We had some work done on our motorhome. Most places don't want you near them. Ernie's Auto Service did all of the work and even tossed on a bonus. They washed the motorhome and that's not easy. We tried to give them extra money and they refused it. That's what I call service above and beyond!!
