I just came for gel pedi and gel mani. Natalie and Sonny did a great job. Maybe they are on the way to remodel everything here. They're so friendly and the salon is super clean. Love it. Come back for sure.

This might have been the worst pedicure I've ever had. For $45 for a deluxe pedicure, I was expecting so much more. My husband and I came in and there was only one employee so we had to wait for the other. The pedicure it's self was fast and was not worth $45. I wanted a scrub and she scrubbed for less than a minute. The painting was fine, but a couple of mess ups when you look really closely. I won't be coming back.

I am highly upset I have never done a review, but I paid 41 for a pedicure for a polish that looks like a 2 year old did it. I told the lady that the polish was horrible and I didn’t like it so she decided to add more polish lol I will never go back.Service: Pedicure

My daughter and I were seated for pedi. Waited about 10 minutes when a group of people showed up. The lady asked if I could wait because the group of people came back. I said no Thank you and left. I was 8 months pregnant with my five year old. If you are waiting or unsure of a group of people to come back just wait and not seat clients before hand. I’d rather be told that they have no time then being told yes and seat down at the pedi station knowing that other individuals were ahead at me and could return back.

I went for an acrylic removal and manicure.She didn't use acetone insisting it would take too long.Then as she removed my nails,she made me bleed.The Polish job was bad.BewareService: Manicures

Thomas did a great job on my gel manicure. He took his time on pushing back and cleaning up my cuticles- which made a huge difference! He didn't rush and was very precise. Will definitely start going here every time.

I came in for a nail removal, first thing I noticed was nail tech seemed sick as she was rubbing her nose without a mask and immediately got to work on my hands without washing hands, first red flag. Next she pulls out a box from her desk with is labeled as soiled? I'm not 100% sure but it wasn't in those sanitized air tight bags like salons should properly care for their tools. She uses nail clippers from the box that was labeled which is fine but then she brings out cuticle cutters which caused me concern because that's cutting clients skin and I didn't want to risk an infection. I immediately ask if the tool has been cleaned as I seen she pulled it out of a box that is possibly labeled with soiled? She tells me it's fine and it's going to be okay. This made me anxious as I've heard many nightmare stories of unsanitary nail shops. Then what really got me bothered was her improperly trying to take off my past nail set off. Without filing or soaking my nails, her first step to the routine is to use a nail tip and try to wedge it i between my natural nail and the false nail I have on. This was the moment I knew she was just going to ruin my nails! Any professional knows the proper way to take off acrylic nails without damaging the natural nail is by soaking it in acetone! Very disgusted that she she would rather take the easy route and rip my nails off before even trying any of the proper removal steps? I left before she go the chance to damage them.

Terrible. Getting a fill is NOT supposed to hurt. The drill speed was up so high my fingers were burning. Thomas also nicked my cuticle with the drill several times. I couldn't wait for it to end. The absolute worst

Very disappointed in this nail shop . When my daughter and I arrived they told me a 5-10 min wait . My wait became 45 minutes. The guy doing my manicure did a terrible job and I had to remind him he missed a step on my manicure which was the hand massage . When they went to run my card the came back very loudly and said you have no money !!! I was very embarrassed as I had more then Enough to pay for my services . I told them something must be wrong with their machine. They ran it again and had me sign never apologized. I looked at my bank statement and they charged me THREE TIMES !!! . The only reason why they even got 1 star is because my daughters nail which was a simple paint was cute . Never again will I visit this shop .

I went back for them to fix it and they charged me $20 and still didn't take the glue off nor the paint on my finger

The guy that works there tore my nails off and also tore my actual nail off with it, and proceeded to continue with the acrylics and couldn’t even do simple nail art. Will not be coming here again, save your money and go somewhere else.

i didn't really like my nails it was very rushed and i don't know why she rushed when there was no customers except me and another guy getting a pedicure.. i asked for a coffin shape with gel and the shape is not good to me.. it's very thick and uneven.
