A couple of months back we went for a tire replacement and when the service was completed, I paid and on my way to the car, i inspected the vehicle and noticed the tire wasn't inside the rim. When I asked them to fix the tire, the guy responded, "that would have fixed itself on the road." Not sure how true that is, but felt uncomfortable as that is the car my daughter drives. Just a couple of weeks ago, my daughter had a flat tire and took her car to Paisano to switch out the tire and to our knowledge everything was great! My husband noticed a clanking sound coming from the right side of the vehicle where the tire had been replaced, but didn't see anything until we took it to the dealership for diagnosis. According to the tech notes, the tire sensor appeared to be broken and it had been taped close enough to the tire to still read the pressure. The last people who touched that tire and all tires were Paisano employees. If you are looking for a reputable place to take your car especially one that a loved one drives, take your car to a different tire shop. Paisanos is not the place where quality work will be found. We saved money in the tire but in the long run, we paid nearly 10 times the amount to fix what they broke.

Had the front tires balanced, $30 plus tax. Minimal improvement noticed so I returned. They stand by their balance machine and re-spun them but made zero adjustment stating the issue must be something else. So I went further down the road and was only charged $20 bucks out the door. Problem solved, drives smooth as glass, whereas Paisano was an epic fail at my expense. You've been warned. And the other review I saw about them being rude is absolutely confirmed.
