Extremely slow, unmotivated, employees who take 15+ minutes per person per checkout.. every single time I come here there's a massive line with one checker during the holidays you might get lucky to see two checkers.. crazy ghetto people walking around cursing and talking to themselves... Always that one lady with 37 plates and 5 cups and 27 packets of plates and 23 bottles of lotion crafting supplies, 14 bottles who gets in front of you in line when you have one item. I hate this store every time I have to stop by I kick and scream every time every other Dollar tree in the high desert is better

This is a large store with a huge, well-organized selection of arts and crafts supplies. This one is the most organized of the Dollar Tree stores up here. All the Dollar Trees have a slightly different inventory as for scrapbooking supplies. I try to visit different stores to find new items I haven't seen at the other stores.

most things are $1.25, prices rose and store is more disorganized, and dirty.

Only one register was opened, line was very long. The cashier (an older middle eastern lady with black hair in a ponytail) was quite rude when I came back and told her she charged an item twice when I only got one. Proceeded to tell me I was wrong, so I said "It's right there on the receipt, you scanned this item twice" as I showed her the product and receipt. She finally ripped the item and receipt from my hand and said "OK! GO!" I went to look for a manager after this, and told her what happened. Manager was nice and seemed empathic, but nothing was resolved. What bothers me is how the cashier spoke to me with such an attitude as if I was lying about the situation. Not only that - she kept the item I had already paid for along with my receipt, I didnt realize it at the moment due to being upset at this woman. At that point, it wasnt worth going back in there again to get my item and receipt.Cashier would of probably accused me of lying again. Will be steering far away from this particular store
