After reading reviews I was skeptical about this place, my truck was brought in after rolling over on the 15 fwy. I had many tools and valuable items inside and feared I'd return to it having been ransacked. Turns out my fear was completely unwarranted, from the first time I spoke with dispatch over the phone to my visit to recover my belongings all personnel were polite, respectful and courteous. Obviously a towyard is not a desirable place to go but in life you get what you give, so I imagine the many negative reviews were made by people who were in a confrontational state of mind going in. I was not thrilled about losing my truck but nobody working here had anything to do with it.

The most rudest . My friend had his car stolen and they towed it to their tow yard after the police recovered it. They had the audacity to charge him over $700 because it was Christmas Eve it was stolen and everything is closed so it had to be there for a couple days. Talk about victimizing the victim of a crime. And there is a law that states all administrative fees are exempt Auto fees and impound fees are exempt to people who have had their car stolen. The lady shut the window in my face. Luckily I'm older today and wiser because in the past I would have grabbed her by her hair and slap her in her face. Disrespectful rude and impolite uncompassionate not to mention money hungry greedy downright nasty trashy white women think she's a boss. How did those people get this far in life? Unbelievable no customer service no nothing just downright awful and now she junkyard trash. Very very disappointed

This company charged more than $1000 for a single tow for a sedan and the police has no control over pricing. Storage fees is astronomical . Already in hardship and now it is impossible to claim car back (value less than $4000).

Called in for a quote and the woman that answered the phone said that she had no availability to which i answered with Thank you and she hung up on me. I work in customer service and this behavior is unprofessional.

Don't use for low to ground car ....broke my front air dam on my Corvette and didn't do anything about it... Driver didn't even bother to make a report on it to his office... Air expressway towing is better at making it happen without any damage to your car... Tow company didn't even call to see if I want to get it fixed... I do. . 2500.00 for fixing it.. will never use them again...

Pricing is insane clearly taking advantage of people who are already in a hard situation. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Told them my registration was in car, they said it wasn’t which caused me to have to wait several days until I was able to get a copy of it so I could get my car, and was charged $80+ dollars for every day

I had an appointment where I needed to be towed to firestone at 830 in the morning. These people said they would pick me up between 6 and 8 am. At 815 I recieved a text that I would be picked up at 845, 15 minutes after my appointment. By 930, there was still no sign of them. I called and discovered these people canceled my tow for literally no reason whatsoever. Absolute garbage service. Will not recommend to anyone.
