Having been a patient at Desert Valley Hospital, along with other family members, I've noticed a significant improvement in service over the past few years. The staff and doctors are superb, providing excellent care and genuine concern for their patients, unlike other hospitals I've experienced. However, the only downside is that the ER tends to be quite busy.

I came into the Emergency room with a dog attack bite . First of all I was hysterical in a complete panic attack along with bleeding heavily . I was told by the triage nurses to be quite I was disturbing everyone. Very insensitive for someone with such trauma . Then I was left to bleed on the waiting seats of the hospital for more then an hr before I was taken back to what is called the fast track. I wasn’t given a bed I had to sit up in complete panic and blood pooring from my dog bite . This was extremely uncomfortable. I have never been in an emergency room where they never take you to a bed. I was not given anything to calm me in my hysterical state of trauma . And then I was in extreme pain but was told they don’t give strong pain meds to puncture wound patients. I will never go to this hospital again. The staff are cold and heartless and their vocabulary and procedures reflect that. PATIENTS BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL

Never sure of why it takes so long. I want to say they keep you just to charge you insurance a certain amount of money. This system needs to change. They already told her what they are going to do for her like 2 hrs ago so... Just do it ALREADY

If you’re looking for a slow painful death then this is the place to be. The most unprofessional, arrogant, and unqualified dr. Siddiqui spent less than 5 minutes with my mother and told me she had a 1% chance of waking up. About an hour later she wakes up and starts talking. It took them 3 days to get her food. He claims to be the CMO of the hospital. What a joke. I don’t think he’s qualified to clean the bathrooms let alone see patients. HE SHOULD BE FIRED! but instead he’ll probably get promoted.

Emergency room is too small and there is no way you sit here all day long and they don’t have any beds. This hospital needs to be shut down. Would have given zero stars but won’t let you do that. This is the worse hospital

I went into to ER on this past week very ill. I was treated so good. I didn't realize until Iater how bad off I was. If I could give a +5 star rating I would. Thanks to all the Nursing Staff, all the Doctors who took care of me! Everybody who had any dealings with me! Thank you!

Im grateful for the help my Father received at Desert Valley Hospital. Even though they were busy and completely at capacity it seemed, all the staff that helped my Father were very attentive and communicative during his stay. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the Hospital needs to expand for the growing population we have in the High Desert. Patients were in the hallways and near exit doors. Everyone here works hard to take care of their patients, it would be easier for the staff and patients if accommodations were larger.

I recently went to the Emgency room for a health issue. I was received quickly and no time I had a room to be observed. The staff was amazing polite and professional. I was admitted to a room upstairs and also was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff got my issues under control and was released. I give Desert Valley Hospital two thumbs up.
