I'd like to express how thankful I am that Cvs was open on this Christmas evening. I was greeted with SMILES and found all of my necessities very easily at checkout associate Austin was very pleasant! I highly recommend this particular CVS and Thank you to all the dedicated employees!

I went to CVS on Bear Valley and Amanda had great customer service! I was couponing so you know sometimes cashiers can be rude, but she was not at all. She remained calm and polite through the whole process, so I am 100% going back to this location.

Very horrible store to shop at because of the cashier Dakota always having attitude with a smart remark for everything ! I just moved to this area and i always get the same additude from him at first I thought he was just having a bad day the first time i showed up but every visit! And also the store just always looking dirty with old carpet and countertops!

Crappy pharmacy. They won't tell you if you're medication isn't in stock even if it's time sensitive. They take forever to order things. I'm on a medication that I can't start late and I can't refill it until a certain day, non narcotic medication they are NEVER on time with refills. I have to call every single month the week of the refill, I call every day to see if it was ordered, by them, to see when it will be delivered, they never update the app. When I call they say oh, ya we don't have any ok we'll order it... then call back next day.. oh ya should be here today.. I call next day oh ya it's not here yet... repeat month after month.

I went to pick up my ups delivery and to my surprise this CVS has a lot of great items in stock. I was greeted and given great customer service. The gentleman who helped with my package also offered to help me with the self check out kiosk. I didn’t get his name, but he was very nice and friendly, we had a whole conversation. Idk why I never come here, but honestly I’m probably gonna be coming a lot more often. I didn’t know they sold everything they do.

This is probably the absolute worst Pharmacy I've ever been to.. they cut you off and put you on hold when your trying to ask questions and while your still talking they hang up on you it's one white girl in particular

This CVS needs to be cleaned. Trash can where Covid 19 shots are given are full. Area needs to be cleaned.

I've been going here for years,mostly for RX. The employeesare professional and kind.I did have some difficultyordering online. I arrived to pickup my order, only to find a partialorder filled. I looked for theitems that I was told were notin stock, and found all, with theexception of one item. I don'tthink I'll order online again.

I use to enjoy shopping at this location versus others but my last few visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. Listen managers... manufacturers supply customers with coupons for a reason... to use them! I don't appreciate being "side eyed" when using coupons in your store. If my shopping total is twenty bucks and I have a $5 off coupon and $15 in extra bucks ... then.... BRAVOOOO! Those extra bucks are EARNED from being a frequent shopper. I can gladly switch over to your competitors if I'm made to feel like a criminal for using valid coupons in your store. Talking about how much money you're losing in front a customer is very unprofessional and antagonistic. Shape up!

CVS shorted me on my prescription. I called my doctor to verify, and I was told that my doctor called in and that CVS was sorry. CVS would be ready with the rest of the prescription next time I come in. I went in today, and no one knew anything about it. They denied my doctor ever calling to clarify, and made me wait so that they could print me out a sheet with the prescription that my doctor had sent out months ago with the outdated dosage.Edit: I called corporate, and they fixed the issue the next day. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

one of your employees stole from me. I paid for vitamins and when I got home they were not in my bag. I only had 3 things. I had my receipt. all the manager said was, why would she do that? it's not your job to mess with people
