Crappy pharmacy. They won't tell you if you're medication isn't in stock even if it's time sensitive. They take forever to order things. I'm on a medication that I can't start late and I can't refill it until a certain day, non narcotic medication they are NEVER on time with refills. I have to call every single month the week of the refill, I call every day to see if it was ordered, by them, to see when it will be delivered, they never update the app. When I call they say oh, ya we don't have any ok we'll order it... then call back next day.. oh ya should be here today.. I call next day oh ya it's not here yet... repeat month after month.

I use to enjoy shopping at this location versus others but my last few visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. Listen managers... manufacturers supply customers with coupons for a reason... to use them! I don't appreciate being "side eyed" when using coupons in your store. If my shopping total is twenty bucks and I have a $5 off coupon and $15 in extra bucks ... then.... BRAVOOOO! Those extra bucks are EARNED from being a frequent shopper. I can gladly switch over to your competitors if I'm made to feel like a criminal for using valid coupons in your store. Talking about how much money you're losing in front a customer is very unprofessional and antagonistic. Shape up!

Chaotic and unorganized. Friendly to customers, but highly inefficient. Had a prescription sent a week ago, called to find out the status as it shows on hold. In a panic, I get a, “you want it filled” response-as if I send it just because. This is not the first time, maybe the 4th or 5th time this happened, yet I have few other options due to insurance contracts. I get the same thing every few months, from here for a year now. The doctor puts it in 2 weeks in advance before it can be picked up so the pharmacy can see it, and order it is ready right when I run out. Still I have to risk running out every time because nobody takes integrity in their work and communicates what’s going on even internally as experience has it. Even worse they say they have it ready for pickup and nobody even bothered to order it and just assumed it is there, and that someone else would start to do ll the bottle when I get to the counter to pick it up. These things have occurred on multiple occasions and even when I’m leaving for a couple weeks. So now instead I have to intentionally miss days to create a buffer since organizationally as a whole this team is incompetent. If you have a life critical medication go elsewhere unless you want to die.

One of the best CVS locations I have honestly been too. I don't usually have much reason for coming here, but when my husband got something stuck in his eye from work he couldn't get it out, scratched his eye up and had to go to an eye doctor to see how we could do for it. They ended up prescribing some medicated eye drops, I went to the Walgreens across the street they said his eye drops would be ninety dollars and they didn't have it in stock. I didn't want to have my husband waiting in pain longer so I came to this location to see if they had them in stock. Luckily they did, the pharmacies who helped me was the best. She was so friendly and helpful. She said the drops will be seventy dollars, I was excited because I was getting them cheaper, and then she said "hold on let me see if I can give you a discount". I ended up paying thirty seven dollars in total. She was honestly a life saver. Awesome location, I'm so glad it's s close to my house.

The pharmacist who just answered the phone at 8:10 PM was rude as HECK. I won't say cuss words I want to make sure that heffer reads this or the manager of her rude self. I DO NOT APPRECIATE GETTING ANSWERED THE WAY I WAS TALKED TO. Tell your employees how to talk to customers! We been going to this dumpster of a CVS for YEARS. I'll be telling my health care provider to switch pharmacy's now. If your goal was to lose a customer good job. Get better people who love doing what they do not miserable women who don't appreciate it! Bye bye!!

I have been going to CVS Pharmacy for at least 3 years now. Although I've had issues with some of their pharmacy technicians and/or pharmacists I also have very good services with others. My review today is one who went more than an extra mile to help me with a $70.00 prescription. While one technician said she can not do anything, Devon (I hope I spelled the name right) helped me got a coupon for the medication and I only paid $10.00! It took him only less than 5 minutes to take care of that. While I have issues with other technicians in this particular branch, I would like to reiterate that services rendered by someone like Devon should not be overlooked. I think one good service over shadows others bad service considering that everyone is over worked and thinly extended. I commend Devon's work. And please those who write reviews be responsible and don't be bias. Just because you had one bad service does not mean the whole service is bad. I want to thank Devon for a well deserve commendation. Keep up the good work. I'll understand if some days you'll be tired and will come short of your service but thank you again very much for the extra mile.

I had a horrible experience here this past Sunday while shopping in the actual store part. Lizett was my cashier and she was completely rude. She was angry that I was using ONE coupon that was "sent to my card" by CVS. Lizett was extremely hostile and other customers in line behind me also commented on how badly she spoke to me. She needs to be retrained on customer service basics and how to use the cash register, at minimum.
