In March, my daughter and I bought our Samsung phones at a different location. Finding this location closer, and since we were both having separate issues with our new phones, we stopped in to get some help. What we got, for $0, was the most incredibly amazing customer service experience ever! #Cesarthecellphonewhisperer. Cesar took a substantial amount of time to bring up our accounts and find the info we needed. The info we really needed was knowing that this store was here with Caesar in charge! I don't have the usual "promote him!" line, because I don't want him anywhere but here! BUT, you need to give him a hella raise! CESAR ROCKIN' THE CRICKET BRAND!

They took care of us transferring from T-Mobile to them. Haven't had a single cell issue with them as opposed to TMobile service here in the HD.
