Helpful every time I pick up a prescription. The pharmacist has recommended otc products that work well for me. Sure, they’re super busy but Costco is probably the busiest place in town.

The Victorville Costco, which i 95% of the time visit for Fuel, (which i must say Now isn't the cheapest around town anymore) But I've have been member of Costco for many many lifetimes, and sometimes i go in the store to buy items, sincerely ill cut thru the chase, this cashier ladies need to dial it back a little on the whole " show me the picture on the back of the card" question, i overheard right in front of me, a female customer being asked, to then be followed with a "that doesn't look like you mam' thats a skinnier lady on there" cmon now that's just horrible and uncalled for, the Truth is: Costco, if you dare question customers ready to PAY with their hard earned money but don't bat an eye when 2-3 shoplifters walk out with stolen junk, relax on the whole show me your membership card nonsense which it's border line harassment, doesn't bother me ill show you that low quality snap on the card, just get better printing on said cards. Other than that, clean store and plenty of shopping carts.

I stopped in after a LONG LONG break from the crowds, to get my son a pizza and I elected to get a hot dog. Well, unfortunately, those wonderful ol' hot dogs are no more. My hot dog was cold and dry. I guess some genius decided to not wrap hot dogs in foil anymore, and instead my hot dog was placed inside an open bag. idk if this is what allowed the heat to escape and the hot dog to not be juicy and good like they used to be. It's too bad when a store has a good thing, they go and wreck it. The pizza guy was the one who went over and grabbed my hot dog, maybe it wasn't cooked yet, idk, but it was so bad I had to throw it away. If I would had been inside the store, I would have returned it, but I was on my way home.

The store employees are rude. Period. The people working the entrance and exit have zero personality. Actually they're a tad rude. Yes you lady. Rude. Hate going here

There was tapeworms in all 3 packets of chicken i bought. I called customer service and they told me to discard it since it was popped open and leaking. And that i needed to bring the picture of the item number to the store and i also took pictures of the worms and chicken. I get to the store and the white woman with the glasses really told me she wasnt going to refund me because i had to bring back the nasty chicken and she expected me to put it in my freezer. I told her how the hell she expects me to put tapeworms in my fridge along with my other food?! You get told one thing by someone and then another by another. Either way THEY are responsible for whats on the shelf. You would think theyd refund me instead of me sueing them.. pissed me off they dont give a damn about my health or my dogs health. Im definately going to post about this everywhere now. And contact my lawyer. I was nice enough to come get a refund for my inconvenience instead of have time arguing about a 40$ to some lady who thinks someones going to bring a popped bag of expired chicken of tapeworms. I already took a video and posted it on tiktok. The customer service prideful lady needs to be removed , the tall man was the only nice one trying to help me, but thanks to her cloud mind i couldnt speak to the supervisor. Im not reaching out to anyone anymore for them to make this right im just going to take action. Today is FEBRUARY 9,2024 5:30 PM so u will see on schedule who im talking about

This is the second time that I bought glasses at Costco one pair was Gucci and one was Jimmy Choo and they person that placed the order didn't order the cases, it came in a plastic bag. I had to come back days later to pick up the cases. Very bad service.

10/10 perfect love Costco. The employees here have been awesome. Never had an issue at this Costco, it's always clean and employees are professional.

I was driving my husband's Tesla to find out all the tires are low. I came here to see if they can help me. I was greeted by a friendly rep named Victor. He was super kind and pumped all my tires. Thank you so much!!! I love Costco !

Costco does not honor its return policy and states that a verbal policy exists on returns -- a policy that is never mentioned in person or written on any sign or receipt or agreement. I was lied to as a customer and will be cancelling my membership and seeking legal assistance if the situation is not after my complaint.

I wanted to say thank you to the employee Hunter and Guadalupe for helping me last night look for the puma set. Hunter has so much patience I had him all over the store the store helping me out and he had a smile the whole time you can see the joy he has to help others. Thank you Costco in Victorville for always having the best customer service

I like Costco even though their warehouse and parking lot is a madhouse mostly all the time except when they open in the morning. Best croissants and tuxedo cake. The cheesecake is excellent, too, but much too much for one person. I like the food court for their hotdogs and pizza. The hotdog and drink is a deal for $1.50. The cheese pizza is surprisingly good. I wish they would bring back the combo slice since I like veggies on my pizza. The frozen Asian items available, like ramen bowls and potsticker dumplings, are good quality and convenient to prepare. (I tend to run out of freezer space quickly because of the variety so there may be a future freezer purchase just for the frozen foods.) I book my cruises through their travel agency since their pricing is exceptionally good. I should try their pharmacy and optical services as well. The membership is worth it if you use all their available benefits to the fullest.

This Victorville Costco is a VERY busy place! I've been here twice and it's been jam-packed each time. The good news is every check-out stand is open. It must also be said that each employee I encountered was quite friendly and relaxed, despite the obvious chaos. Mike, in Membership Services was very kind and helpful. I got the job done, which is why we all do the Costco thing. It's not about the shopping experience, it's really about the end result. I'm glad I got my goods and got home.

Convenient stop for gas right off the fwy: This Costco has a car wash too. Never more than a few minutes wait so far. Our fav stop.on our way home to LV!
