Cosmopro has changed EVER SINCE Melanie left in my opinion! I had been going there for a few years, not all employees are very friendly, I figure they're having a bad day but the Manager is no longer as friendly! Darlene was Manager when I stopped buying there, she had told me I return too many items but she or the other employees are suggesting the products and I always ask (if it doesn't work for me can I return it) she/they all say (YES YOU CAN) SO I was told to go elsewhere!! BY Darlene AND YES they don't want to Help the Customers!!!....Well needless to say I never went BACK! Yes! Bad Customer Service!!!

dear cosmoprof, what can i say...you have been there through the bleaching and strand tests, the tint bowls and water bottles...That blow dryer your saving for or the one i now own because i charged, thanks cosmoprof credit!!! The one thing that stands out to me the most is the nerly 15 years of advice coiming from this location. from melody, to darlene, all the staff i may have forgotten, each of you played a huge role in my success. Without darlenes enthusiasm or lydias stern but solid answers, who knows how that color correction would have turned out. I say here here, hats off, and cheers to Cosmoprof High Desert crew. I visited the location just last night and even at 5 minutes to closing they were eager to help me...That's customer service. Congratulation's on your new team and management.

I've held off on this for a while now but enough is enough. This store really needs more staff like the new girls hired! They need a manager to be upbeat and friendly and match their energy! the management here in this store is ridiculous! I've witness her yell at a new employee in front of a customer. All these bad reviews about her on here reassure me She is the problem! Pandemic or not she's not a great fit. Victorville is a small town and all of us hairdressers know exactly who darlene from cosmoprof is and have had the same experience with this woman! I asked for corporates number so I can report her and she told me To refer to my app. Someone really needs to do something about this! The store is unorganized merchandise doesn't even match the tags absolutely upsetting which causes mix ups at the register. Corporate needs to get involved ASAP this store is a step away from a lawsuit.

I travel specifically to this store because of the customer service that I receive from Carol. She is very pleasant and very helpful. Her attention to detail is amazing. She always remembers my name and knows which products I like when I come into the store. The other day I stopped in and Carol wasn’t there, but Clarissa was. I have to say that Clarissa was excellent as well. The customer service that Carol and Clarissa give is what keeps me as a repeat customer.

This CosmoProf sucks .. worst customer service ! Every time I go in to get a couple supplies i don't ever get greeted instead of asking if I need help they just watch me From the corner of the aisle and watch and watch . I went with my mom once and she has asked one of The employees a question and she literally rolled her eyes and answered very rude and just walked away . The girl with red hair is absolutely the worst .. They definitely need to fire these employees and get new ones ! I spend my well earned money there and I deserve better customer service .

Reading other customer's reviews I'm glad I'm not the only that believes the ladies in this store discriminate! I NEVER feel comfortable walking in here and Darlene is the WORST! They're never stocked, Darlene and another associate (the older lady I keep forgetting her name) make feel so uncomfortable in the store, they never smile or greet, they're not helpful at all, Darlene wouldn't let me pay with cash and card, and she and the older lady always gossip. I only come here if I REALLY need to otherwise I take my business to Salon Centric.
