“Honestly the bad reviews for this store really surprise me. Everything here is very reasonably priced with one of the best plus size sections I've personally seen in the HD. The cashiers have been nothing but wonderful, and every time I come in I am greeted very kindly and have had wonderful conversations with staff. Their return policy is made very clear from the start, and is very reasonable so that is definitely the fault of the customer for not reading the signs, the receipt, or listening to the cashier. This is my favorite clothing store in the mall by far and I highly recommend stopping here if you haven't before.”

The associate here, Jayleen stopped what she was doing and took us all the way to the back of the store to find what we were looking for. She could have just told us to check the back. “I had come into the store to return a pair of jeans past the 60 days return policy and the return turned out to be very complicated, with the sales associate ( sherry) on the phone with customer service and IT trying to figure out a way to get me my store credit or a refund i can just say SHERRY WAS THE NICEST most HELPFUL employee of the year she deserves a raise she helped me look for a specific pair of jeans in my size that was not in store she was looking in the back threw new shipment that had literally just arrived and I just am beyond happy with my purchase she found me the jeans and helped me get a refund for my return !!! she’s amazing 10/10”
