Cannot stop raving about Advisor John Adams ! He was so attentive and listened to all my concerns. His attention to detail is amazing , everything he advised me about what was needed was accurate and his customer service is top notch ! Make sure to ask for John Adams next time you bring your vehicle here for maintenance.

My car buying experience with Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac with Richard and Juan as my salespeople made for less stressful opportunity to work through the buying experience. These (2) gentlemen kept me updated on various aspects of my purchase process. Expected delivery and peace of mind once final confirmation and delivery were completed. Thank you Awesome team Richard and Juan with financial support in office - great walking us through paperwork, very professional, patient with us in gathering necessary information. We appreciate your help and support. This is your go to car buying platform.

I was considering buying a Cadillac lyric. I saw a few posted online on Autotrader. They had prices listed of like $15,000 below MSRP when I called the dealer they could not even come close to that price so this dealership obviously practices false advertising the prices they post online are not true. I'm not even close to being true so I would avoid these Dealership at all costs

Let me add 3 months later . Victorville Chevy was uncooperative in sending the promised 2 year free EV charging . As a matter of fact they cancelled the soon to be issued card out of spite . On top of that we needed a copy of the sales agreement . Called finance 4 times . Still no reply . These guys are clowns , vengeful amateurs. Steer clear ! Do not buy from them !

225.00 an hour labor. Inexperienced service writer. Refuse to write customer comments on intake sheet regarding continual problems. No more contractual loaners for vehicles being repaired staying more than a day. From the service writer,to the assistant service manager, to the service manager, to the service director, to the general manager... THEY DONT RETURN CALLS IN MY EXPERIENCE. And I still have the problems with my vehicle. All of my cars are under original warranty. So, no, I didn't pay. However over the last 3 years with the same problems, I will now drive 60 miles to a Cadillac dealer who gives a care about their customers. I've had enough. At this rate, unless some major customer service changes are made, I don't think they will last.

Dealer does NOT communicate. The only positive experience I have ever had here was with the parts department. I have attempted to buy a car from here, they couldnt locate the keys. I had a check engine light come on on my Cadillac and had it towed to this dealer. After a couple of days, I called and was told that there was no issue and that I could pick it up. I asked for an oil change and to have the tires replaced. After 2 days, I called for an update. I was told at that time that the tire supplier didnt have them in stock. I took the car to Americas Tire and got the full set for $2500. Nice work Victorville Cadillac, passed up that one. This week, I call on Tuesday to find out if I can bring my car in Thursday morning to have the brakes replaced. I wanted to leave the car for the day, and pick up in the evening after work. I was told that it could be done if the parts were in stock, and then transferred to parts. If I am not a mechanic and have diagnosed the car, how am I to order parts? I hung up because that was ridiculous. Saturday morning I go to the dealership, go into the parts dept and find out if they have the brakes, they do. I was quoted a price somewhere around $567 for the pads. I left, went home and called service to find out if I could make an appt. I got an appt and returned with the car about an hour later. The "Advisor" took the keys and said that he was getting the mileage. After about 10 minutes, he came back to let me know that they in fact didnt have the parts, and that they wouldnt be able to get them until Tuesday or Wednesday. I told him that I already checked with parts and they told me that the parts WERE in stock. He replied that the pads were, but nothing else was... We go from an advisor on Tuesday that cant even inquire about the parts, to an advisor on Saturday who can diagnose and order parts all without ever even taking off a lug nut?!? WTF is that?

Unfortunately this dealer didn't have exactly what I wanted, but I wanted to shout out Christian Molla who communicated tirelessly to fit me into the perfect ride. Christian's customer service was top tier and kept me updated on their available inventory and made sure I was getting the best possible price. Thanks Christian!

Stop calling me. Worst dealer I've ever been to. Sales managers are trying to rip off customers.

OMG. I had an appointment to buy a new car. I drove from Rancho Cucamonga to Victorville in bumper to bumper traffic. The car I was told was there was not there! A total WASTE OF TIME. You now have been warned. Your time most likely will be wasted doing business with these clowns.

This place is seriously a joke! All of the positive reviews are from there own employees. They reported my new 2019 equinox they insuraned and financed had the vehicle for 6 days came to visit family in Oregon the dealership never tried getting ahold of me to let me know something needed to be fixed on my *CONTRACTS * NO instead reported the vehicle stolen as if I'm some criminal it was humidity and down right embarrassing! My fist car from a dealership and I seriously REGRET COMING HERE SO SAD BECAUSE MY GRANDFATHER BOUGHT OVER 12 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ALL OF OUR FAMILY CARS WHERE FROM HERE WHAT A SHAME. I will make sure nobody has to get this kind of unfair treatment again! Remember my name chevy RAYVEN

Excellent buying experience. It was a busy place and now I understand why, they are awesome! The great inventory is jaw dropping cars and SUVs. Jimena offered great knowledge and concierge style service. Scott and Moses were superhero's in finding a military discount for our model SUV and light fast during the purchase process.

Would like to also add, a representative reached out to me to offer a gift card for my wasted time and gas money, she took my address and has not responded to messages since. They are doing shady business here and they are hiring appointment setters to lie to your face and get you in the door. They do not have the vehicles they list online as the vehicle I originally went in for was still listed after the fact. Stay away and take your money to car max, they're allowed to hold a vehicle for a day so you can purchase it. This place just tells you to find something else and they can't help and it's against their policy to hold a vehicle.

DO NOT GO TO VV CHEVROLET. THEY ARE LIARS AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. If I could give negative stars I would. I just want to let you and your higher staff and potential customers know that I will never pursue a deal with W Chevrolet. My mother pursued an offer of $34,000 on her Toyota Rav-4 that was given to her yesterday, 8/28/22. I was present when she called your dealership TWO TIMES to ensure that $34,000 was her out the door offer even without purchasing a new vehicle. My mom and the staff at your dealership were very upfront about making sure she knew that $34,000 was her offer and that she didn't have to do anything else to receive that money for her Rav-4. My mom excitedly ran out the door to seal the deal AND planned on waiting for a Chevy Equinox to purchase from your dealership. When she got there she ended up speaking with a staff member and he was very rude and condescending and told her MINUTES after she called and was promised $34,000 multiple times, that he could not offer her more than $28,000. After receiving the phone call from my mom about what happened, I can promise you that your dealership will never receive my moms business, my business or my family's ever again. Feel free to take me off of your contact list because I will not allow myself or my family to patronize W Chevrolet EVER again even after being loyal customers for over 20 years.
