My granddaughter and I were looking for skirts for her to start school with. The associate here, Jayleen stopped what she was doing and took us all the way to the back of the store to find what we were looking for. She could have just told us to check the back. I have been told that before at other places. Now that was great customer service!!! Thank you Jayleen. Charlotte Russe...great store!

As of December 2021, the fitting rooms are closed and the workers aren’t sure when they will reopen them. Unfortunately this means that you won’t know how clothing fits until you get home. There return policy is strict- no refunds but you can exchange or get a store credit with receipt if you return within 14 days.
I purchased a body suit here but when I tried it on at home I realized that it was sewn incorrectly. I was able to exchange it but they ran out of the color and size I needed.
This is a great place to buy cheap clothes for going out and clubbing. Unfortunately the price reflects the quality so after one wear/wash they won’t last very long.
One of the workers I spoke to was friendly and helpful but the other one who was standing next to her behaved strangely and wouldn’t help me with my exchange.

When I lived in Costa Mesa I used to shop at the Charlotte Russe in South Coast Plaza and I loved it. I bought most of my clothes there and they were not only stylish but were also well made. I wasn't aware that there was a store here in the mall so will have to check it out unless it was removed like most of the other ones.

Working here made me literally sick. Please do not work at Charlotte Russe at this location until actual management is hired and Marisela Botello, Vanessa Pozos and Elizabeth Lopez are not employed here. The workers DO NOT CLEAN AS PER CDC STANDARDS. They do not sanitize anything, they do not sweep, and there is garbage constantly piled in the hallways. When I brought up my concerns with work place cleanliness I was ignored by my DM Arlyn and the Vice President of the company Jerry, they told us that they'd work on solutions but in the end, I was the only person cleaning the whole time I worked here since reopening.Myself and another employee have filed complaints with L&I regarding unethical workplace behavior, including not conforming to Washington state labor laws (they have held my pay for 2 weeks past my pay day with no explanation, they do not schedule you until the day before the new week starts (Washington requires 2 weeks at least in advance), break times are only 30 minutes if you work open to close and it left me physically sick from exhaustion, canceling shifts hours before they start as per managements suggestion). My coworker was just fired today because she wrote a report about the conditions here. If only I had more photos of the conditions I've had to work with.When I turned my keys in, all the ladies I named above messaged me calling me a coward for not being able to look them in the face and tell them how disgusting they are. Disgusting for dragging me into this mess of a store, for putting the load onto me because you couldn't handle your part, for acting like literal children when we are adults in a workplace. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I had to block them because I received so many long messages telling me how pathetic I was for quitting.Just don't shop here for a while. Don't work here. Don't support a bunch of literal children who can't run a store without starting drama.

The worst customer service. Everybody gives zero energy and looks very bothered to be at work.. I've never seen so many unsmiling faces in customer service. Zero customer service, couldn't find anyone for the register... and then when somebody finally came- pretty sure she only said 2 words.. the total, and if I wanted a bag.. smh

Warning Read my review - The new company that now owns Charlottw Russe is a scam. The signs on racks have a $ amount or 50% off that doesn't actually partake to most of the items on the rack. They have a rack that says $5 but when you go up to the registers the items I got on that rack were $10 and $15. None of the sale signs are actually indicating that those items on that rack are on sale. There was ONE of the 9+ styles on the while racks on sale(I checked after arguing with them). ALSO when looking at the receipt at the register saying I was overcharged they refused to refund and said the sales are only for select items and there's no refunds. Do not shop here. They said there only way to know if an item is actually on sale is at the register lol

Was happy to see that the store opened up again, however was very disappointed. Management team has no idea what they're doing. The associates are not helpful at all. When I went into the fitting room, one of the associates was just sitting in the back on her phone. The store is very messy and looks like it won't be getting cleaned up anytime soon considering how unprofessional they are. Won't be coming back again.

My first impression was that it has cute clothes for a great price, however I went to stand in line to checkout and when I got to the front they only took card which was fine but they should have that stated somewhere for other customers to see before shopping. I continued to check out and the employee was very rude and practically threw my bag towards me and said, "Have a good day", making no eye contact and in a annoyed tone. The employees are so rude. I won't be going back.
