“what a convenient way to blast off the dust off my car coming back from the desert en route back to LA for just 2 bucks! water pressure was impressively high. no credit cards so be sure to bring quarters or small bills. wasn't clear to me how much more time you get when you add extra quarters before time is up though.”

They have a huge selection of snacks and then some novelty items .....theres something for everyone in there. The employees are very nice too .”

My car was extremely dirty so I got the whole package and even though it took a few hours it was definitely worth it! My car was like brand new there's no doubt in my mind I would go back. “I like this chevron because it is HUGE. Good selection of drinks and snacks and is right by the job.The staff there is really polite and helpful. The staff has to wear masks and all registers have a covid sheild in front. The coffee is always hot and they have various creamers and sweetners.”

“i come in here mostly becaise it is convienent. Yes it has a lot of nice things . A lot of variety . But as for customer service let's see I've been coming here for about a year now employee turnover rate is high but there are several faces that I recognize I've seen two people that actually work that are constantly doing something there's a really short girl she used to work daytime and then she was gone for a while I see her now only in mornings on the weekend but she is always doing something she's always Pleasant and always offering to help as is another female who has really short hair I see her constantly whether if the outside cleaning or inside putting things up I never see her stop she is also very pleasant helpful and doesn't mind stopping what she's doing to help people . Besides these two employees the other ones I have not seen them move from behind the counter and when they do it seems like they're wandering and as who I believe is the manager the many times I've come in there all I hear is gossiping behind the counter she is polite at the register but there's a lot of bad talk about other employees which is very unprofessional and I'm only giving you a four-star rating because of the two females other than that it would be a zero”

“Shop here several times a week. Was in the other day, and a line of about six had formed, and the manager on a laptop looked up and over me to help those behind me. I was a bit irritated and asked her why she skipped me, and she said she didn't see me. She clearly noticed me cause we caught eye contact just before because I was wondering when she was going to step in and help the line out.”

“Amazing service! We had a building under construction next door and they accidentally splattered our car with concrete. We took our car to Steambach and they gave me the ultimate cleaning on our car. The concrete came off and our car was super shiny just like if I had taken it out of the lot when I purchased it. Amazing job! Highly recommend it and the owners & his staff were very professional and friendly.”
“Excellent excellent excellent service!!!! I had to speak with the manager and he was so extremely friendly and helpful. In addition my car was excellently washed and dried in less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere is so extremely pleasant when vacuuming out my car and cleaning my interior. It reminded me of a Saturday afternoon car wash in my driveway in the 1960s. It truly felt that good. Thank you so much for excellent service. Also the employees were constantly cleaning the vacuum area and maintaining it. I wished the majority of other customer service companies treated us this well still.”
“I don't take my cars anywhere else but here. I have been coming here for over 19 years. They know how to care for a car correctly, whether it has custom rims or custom paint, high end or an old beater, they will always treat you and your car right. Reading some of the other reviews that are complaining, they are a service and people make mistakes sometimes. But if you continue to go 9 times out of the 10 the service and the quality of their work is on point. Plus they do rain checks.”
“Easy to come here to get the car washed. There's usually someone available to help you make your wash choices and make sure your purchase goes through ok. Then there is someone to help you get lined up with their machine just before you go into the wash tunnel. And then afterwards you get use of the free vacuums. There is a small coffee shop on the same property also.”
“Not a "Detail Cleaning" At all, First Time Here, I asked The Vacuum Person Mario to please Vacuum the trunk it was not a lot to ask, I Had a Bad feeling, since he was Very Disrespectful, and Sorth of Aggressive towards Me , I paid for the Expensive Car wash and no need to be mistreated. Because of that, I
checked The Trunk and inside the car and it was Not Done. They got different High prices such I didn't mind, But, I had to ask For Them to Vacuum the inside again, So another Employee Helped me Nicely, and Ended up doing his job, If you Are a female and your alone Be careful Going here, I spoke to Alex The manager since the owner Hardy speaks English, First he said "Don't mind him" I was insulted by that answer, Then he heard my Statement, After that, manager made sure I Felt safe before I left. I give 4 stars because of the way management Handle the situation. They shouldn't have Such Aggressive Person providing Customer service!
My first and last time in this car wash, I asked the person who vacuums the car named Mario to please vacuum a small space in the trunk of my car, he answered me in a bad and threatening way, so I checked the car and He didn't bother to vacuum the small part that I asked for, from the trunk, Later I noticed that the car was not vacuumed well, so another employee had to do his job, Mario yelled at me that they should charge me more than the 40 dollars that I had paid, Insulting me, I do not recommend this place, they should not have Aggressive people serving the customer, I give it 4 stars only because Alex manager and another employee helped me.”
