I have to say, I have used 4 hospice services here in the high desert . It wasn’t until I seen Kelli B. In action with patients that I chose that Calstro was the best for our Dad. When I first hired on Calstro I wasn’t to sure about there services . Once we was able to get Kelli B on for our Dad we couldn’t be more happier . Very caring care and loving , quality of care exceeded my expectations once Kelli and German were our team . In my opinion Kelli and German both are a huge asset to Calstro. Eva as well has been very caring . I have experienced a few others I was not in any way shape or form happy with but once we got the team we have now I do not have a complaint one . Way to go Kelli ♥️ and German ♥️ just know we appreciate you with the utmost respect ♥️ from the bottoms of our hearts “The King Family”

They gave my loved one the absolute best care possible. They were here not just for my loved one but for our family as well. We loved our hospice team. They cared and it showed. We’ve been to hell and back and through it all, Calstro was our light through all of this. We always felt that our loved one was treated like a person, not a number or a $ sign. We couldn’t have had a better hospice company. They are the best! I know this because I had a deal with a different hospice company somewhere else. It was night and day. Absolutely no question about it, Calstro far exceeded that other company.

Dr discharged me a week before Christmas, I'm happy to still be here by God's grace but as you know it's not very humane to discharge and have to go through total withdrawal after 8 months on opioid. And my pcp dr is now on vacation until jan9. So I can go to pain mng because I am still in pain. The staff was polite ,certain nurses really care about their patients while others are in a hurry. Even though they are a basic 5 star hospice they have alot of work to do if they put me under this stress during holidays.

If you are reading is looking into a hospice for your loved one first of all I’m very sorry I’ve been there.I’m so thankful they were able to help me bring my dad from Gardena to Victorville for his Hospice Care.From the intake to the nurses to the nurse aids to the social worker and the office staff everyone made this challenging time for a family less challenging.Sending you lots of prayers and you are in good hands.

I work for Sierra Vista Independent and Assisted Living and we have had nothing but the best experience with Calstro Hospice assisting our residents here. Their staff is very caring and professional. They truly do what the promise to ensure our resident's here are well taken care of. Thank you Calstro!
