Great place for work boots, I guess. They have some nice cowboy boots. The clothes are not great and overpriced. The staff watched me like they thought I might steal some of their ugly, overpriced merchandise. The bathroom was dirty.

I wrote a bad review about a pair of boots I bought and boot barn reached out to me and sent me a new pair. That was super nice and it made me happy they tried to make it right. Other than that particular pair of boots, I've never had a problem and will continue to get my boots here.

Excellent service. Each salesperson that helped me was more than kind and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered in great depth. I am definitely going back for all my footwear needs. Plus, the selection of clothing and hat wear is numerous to choose from. Thank you Boot Barn Ladies, you’re the best.

I went in to look at some boots back in 2019 and the next thing i see is 2 deputies walking up to me asking me to step outside they said me wearing a cowboy hat and boots and a western shirt and jeans made the staff nervous and I was trespassed from the store I finally was told that veterans are not welcome at bootbarn.

They have a good amount of boot options and a lot of cute women's clothes. Some of the clothes seems a little overpriced but they're known brands so... The staff has been friendly every time I've gone.

Bad costumer service!
Only one guy was helpful and he seemed to be busy with a lot while everyone else stand around clueless.
