There are already 3 kisses that we have received. We recently bought a new phone in the store, they charged us more than the previous line of the same boost mobile and the line still doesn't work, nor can I speak. For Mexico, they are people who have no idea that they are working there, they make us wait until 1 hours and they can't activate the line well, better get other actions before this fucking company

The guy that was there was really cool and kind. Even though I didn't purchase anything they were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I called these people today and told them that I had a phone that fell in the water would they be able to take the information from it and put it on a recent boost Mobile phone that I had and the guy was saying well we don't fix and I said okay I get that part can you guys at least put my information and phone number to this other phone that I had a couple of years ago and he said I don't know well it depends on what the name brand is I told him the model number and he still active dumbfounded and then he going to tell me that I should go to another boost Mobile store that maybe they could do it for me I mean really come on now I never in my lifetime will be trying to go to these people ever again if they can't help you online they're surely not going to be able to help you in person I recommend that nobody goes here unless they're really in a desperate urgent need but then again I would say no because they still wouldn't be able to help you

Yesterday I paid a visit to this location, there was one person being helped and a couple that were together looking at phones. Waited least 20 minutes for the person being helped to leave, then the couple that were looking at phones went b4 me, I'm like OK they were here first OK! I waited atleast 45 minutes till I got tired of waiting and left! Not one time did the employee acknowledge that I was even there!! The couple were doing plan changes and adding additional lines to the plan, got to hear the whole freaking story over the 45 minutes waiting. Could have atleast asked why I was there! All I wanted to do was pay a bill! Was a 2 minute deal! Never again!
