Rude staff! Came in to return an item after I was given the okay to return it without a receipt. The so called “managers”by the name of TRAVIS and JACOB which according to the corporate office are not even managers, refused to work with me as they did not have the item I needed in stock and refused to give me my money back! A simple search with our number in their NEW system would have shown the transaction but were too lazy to even bother looking!! They thought it be better to talk and gossip amongst themselves than help customers. You all are better off going to a different sporting goods store, I believe there is one located just a few yards away in the same vicinity. This location has inefficient people working there !!! I’d give a 0 star

On 5/26/25 I talked to Travis (the manager) earlier in the day about a pair of shoes and I got for a gift on April 11th and I didn't have the receipt. He told me to bring them in so he could take a look at them because the soles are separating from the top part of the shoe. He told me they shouldn't be a problem exchanging them. When I got to the store Travis told me there's nothing he could do because the soles of the shoes were dirty. He is not a very manager and needs to keep his word when he tells a customer he should be able to help them

Turned away from buying ammo because someone didn't know how to read a birth certificate and ID card right.. Your suffix isn't apart of your legal name.
Please teach your manager and employees about birth certificate and ID cards when it comes to Sr. or Jr.
Can you just add SR to your name?
In fact, the “Jr” and “Sr” can be applied to someone's name without being a father/son. In centuries past, these suffixes meant “younger” (Jr) and “older” (Sr) or “elder” and that's about it. I am the IV, my father was the III and so on.

12/30/23I wanted to buy a knife for my brother last night. They took for ever with just one customer! Transient customer to say the least. We waited so long so we ended up leaving! Ridiculous ‼️ service.
