One star because I can't give less! He sells used furniture , look at reviews and pics bugs in mattresses! He changes prices , deletes all negative comments. Hope BBB shuts them down . Disgusting place and workers especially the old man he's the owner and is good at lies!!

My mother purchased a Cal King mattress and lamps for the living room. Jose the owner told her to take the mattress back and he was going to get another one comparable to the one she purchased. Mind you she paid off the mattress and lamps. Well, he never gave her the new mattress or the lamps. The lamps that were purchased were never actually picked up. My mother and I went to the store to pick up and they looked cheap. So, the guy Miguel told us they would give us credit. Well, we never got the credit for the lamps and never received the mattress or the money back for the mattress and lamps.

They took advantage of my mom there and sold her broken furniture off the floor lobby put together with staples and when she tried to return it they didn’t want to honor it they are scamming people the first chance they get and take advantage of older folks with they’re broken furniture be careful with this place

The worker was very helpful but our custom couches she said would take 2 weeks to be delivered and built and it has now been a month and i haven’t heard anything back.

Bought a couch and got it custom made . It broke lest than 30 days called them to have it fixed now getting the runaround. I’m being told I have to pay for it to get fixed.I spent close to 4grand on the couch to be worthless in less than 30 days. Horrible place don’t waste your money

Ordered a 3 piece sectional and full size bed frame a few days ago from this place. They were so nice they even threw in the mattress that was on the bed display to my order for free! Probably cause it was the last one, but still very nice of them. Delivery was very smooth, fast, and the employees were honestly very polite.

Purchased a small throw rug that was on sale outside the door. I paid cash & did not think there would be any problem. I got it home and noticed many severe defects. Carpet dye had bleed through the bottom of the rug, many threads were unraveling, and there were a plethora of wrinkles that would not come out with warm water. I had to return it. The minute I walked in the door, the lady working the desk told me there were no returns. I looked at my receipt and sure enough it read "all sales final, no refunds." Okay, it's all on me, I should have been more scrutinizing. Likewise, make sure you read & comprehend your purchase receipt. Because, the staff will not tell you anything.

I’m really angry. I paid a lot of money for a sectional couch and dining room table set and scheduled delivery for today. Never received any calls or communication for my delivery so I called around two pm to ask for an ETA and was told 5:30pm. Then I called back at 7. No answer. Drove down there and they’re closed. Where the hell is my stuff?
