I usually have a good experience at this store but today I delt with Rachel who was very rude & not helpful at all. We were trying to exchange out a TV & when I was telling her what the issue was all she said is "i just got here" AFTER I TOLD HER. Her constant "eye rolls" & rude tone made me not want to shop there anymore. She clearly needs better training & a course in customer service.

I was a bit surprised at how small this particular site is. Apple Valley store is larger. And the stores down the hill are even larger still. But if push comes to shove, I will still go there as needed.

Best Buy has really gone down hill, even though they are almost the only electronic parts store in the game. Store is overloaded with tv's, understandable as it is almost Superbowl time, but almost everything else in the store is out of stock, especially the computer parts, which is what I needed. No people available to help, so I left.

Easy to schedule appointments. Try not to forget when you have scheduled your appointment. Maybe when I show up they can find the speakers I already purchased and finish the stereo system. Break!!!

Usually Best Buy is fast at online pick up within 1 hour. However this time it took over 2 days. Yes, Christmas was in between but given the situation and last minute shopping for Christmas gift. I got the run around the person at the counter asked around and just asked me to call 800-best-buy. The person on the phone said to proceed to the store and the same situation happened. Overall have to wait a couple of days.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I came in for a particular product, was guided to it right away, was given a run down of the options, and was given ample information on warranties. I was in and out within 20 minutes with everything I needed and a peace of mind.
