My family and I have been coming here for almost 10 years. Establishing a relationship with a nail salon really goes a long way. The owner is great; everyone is great. It feels so welcoming. I love them. Always a great service :)

I will not be back! The service I got today was horrible. I went in for a pedicure. Had to patiently wait while the owner I believe, took out trash brought in laundry, and then finally helps me. The picture tells the story. This place used to be my favorite go to. There are so many better places than this. I should've went back and asked for my money. Note the paint job on my pinky toe. I didn't feel like I was a valued customer or she took time with my feet.

First time I went to get a dip powder nails and my nail tech was awesome, nice, and professional. Paid $45 2nd time, I went I had my dip powder nails done by a new tech, she seemed to be in a hurry and rushed her work. I asked her if she had time for a gel manicure and her manager overheard and said yes. However she also kinda rushed the gel pedi. In total paid $90 ***They don't use clean or new buffers per client. On both occasions they have used old nails files and used nail buffers. I think I need to find a new place that is sanitary.

One word..Atrocious! No customer service, dirty, expensive, old and dingy. Don't come here expecting any type of spa day or enjoyable experience. It's not happening. Look at the pictures for yourself posted online. Not clean or updated and their nail work is not up to par. Will not be back.

Popped in this afternoon for a gel mani pedi and was immediately impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff was. A woman greeted me as soon as I walked in and she instructed me to pick out my colors. My nail tech Jenna took great care of me and made me feel so at ease. I was having a rough week, and being in her presence felt really comforting. My nails look great and it was the perfect way to start my Sunday. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Victorville, as I was just here visiting friends for the weekend.
