I hope this is the one in the Victor Valley Mall. I had a very nice experience at the checkout. When I first came in and wanted to know where to look for a product the girl was not nice. Bre something… I couldn’t read her name tag well. But whoever helped me at the checkout made up for poor customer service that made me feel a little angry. I’m a sticker for good customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name!!! Cashier 3883650 thank you so much for helping me. Always stay with your pleasant attitude. I was at this store at 1:51on 7/2/24.

Had the best customer service today. All the employees were friendly and helpful, but one in particular went above and beyond. Jade was awesome! She was super helpful and just absolutely sweet when she helped me with some exchanges. She is definitely an asset to your store.

Very poor customer service. Employees more interested in having fun and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. Very silly conversation going on making customers wait longer than needed. Music to loud. You can tell that this site has very poor management.

Worst customer service representatives in the world. I bought a plug for the scents and the forgot to put it in my bag and when I called to tell them what happened they got a attitude problem. They act like immature high school students. They don't know how to take care of customers because they are ghetto. Worst store to shop at.

I love this place I literally come here to body products and candles whether it's for me or as a gift for someone who likes this kind of stuff as well. Also, I love the staff they're really helpful when you're unsure of what you're looking for and they're really nice

Products are okay. Plenty of employees, half/half experiência. Some more helpful than others. Unfortunately some selfish man came in and sprayed some items excessively so it was extra hard to breathe or smell items. I get the feeling this happens often. Rough life.Sales were okay too, nothing too wow. Cashier wasn't paying much attention and forgot about some discounts. So make sure to pay attention. I recommend visiting a different location, not in mall.

Great deals this time.
Changed my rating from 5 star.
5/6/2023 My husband and I walked in to look at the great deals that they had. We saw a woman come in with a dog without a leash, which can be very dangerous to people. It is the mall's policy that all animals are on a leash when walking in. We asked for the manager of bath and body works, which was a blonde haired girl with glasses. She was not very kind about the situation as she waved her finger in my husband's face saying that she was not going to ask the woman to leave the store due to her dog not being on a leash. I explained to her that it is against the law that dogs are running around without being properly handled. She told us to go to the security to handle the matter because she was not going to deal with it. I left the store and did not buy anything, not because it's not a good store but because of the management's behavior and not knowing the Ada laws for animals. I took it up with corporate.
