The last time I shopped here I had got asked so many times if I needed help.. and when I actually needed help the individual helping me gave me 10% like I was bothering her. Costumer service is part of the job??? Right
that following me around and asking me if I need help energy wasn’t there at all..
the lady working pointed to a cooler and said to me “ there is all the the froze meat, and walked away fast”
I said oh okay.. I spent $223.12, cart was full, before I was about to finish up, I got asked if I needed help with anything, again, I said no I’m shopping, the costumer service due to one person was not good. The check out costumer service, was better then when
I asked for help I felt like I bothered the associate that’s been since February 2024. Haven’t shopped since then.

Best place to get healthy food in the high desert. They have Ezekiel tortillas, vitamin and other supplements, and more. Can be pricey

Always a great experience. I bought my first health food at BJs Health Food Store in around 1992 before they opened the big store. I purchased a bottle of Vanilla Joe Weider Protein Powder. The greatest thing in life is health and love. And I know as a longtime customer, BJs Health Food has both ofthose things always in stock, 365days a year 24 7. BJs Health Food at the corner of Health and Love.

This place has a great selection of natural foods but it's weird. Someone literally followed my girlfriend around the entire store to the point she just left.

I stopped in for the first time the other day and was browsing around to see all they have to offer. Most of the staff was very friendly but I began to feel uncomfortable by an older employee following me and watching me as if I was going to steal or something. I know I looked a little outta my norm due to just working out(wearing a cap and having a small backpack) but it made me leave faster than Intended to. Positive note, the gentleman working the register was very friendly and was helpful when I came back a couple mins later after I left to exchange an item that was leaking.

This is my go to store every week. They have a great selection. When I go in for 1 thing, I usually leave with much much more. I also appreciate the great customer service. Everyone is welcoming and helpful.

On a recent trip to this area I found this gem when I couldn't find any other health food store within a 20/30 minute drive. I was quickly able to find what I needed and I had great service. The ambiance was chill (duh SoCal) and the selection was great for being a smaller store (as in not a Whole Foods or Sprouts). Would not hesitate to come back when I'm in the area again. Prices were really good also.

So over priced, yet, the choices are on the hand picked healthier side of choices instead of going to Wholefoods in Rancho or if there was one up here. The alternative is shopping online in advance, shopping around at near by grocery stores and they don't still have what you are looking for. However, very clean, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Unfortunately, financially I hope they don't sell if they bring Wholefoods, Trader Joe's or Clark's Nutrition up here. I love the small mom and pop stores.

Surely amazing little oasis tucked away. This place is amazing, as it has so many great options. If I were to make one suggestion though.... it would be to have more frozen seafood, as I only eat what grows from the earth or is born of the sea.

BJ’s Health Food is truly a hidden gem in the community. They offers a wide range of products that are all focused on health and wellness, and I am always impressed with the variety of items they have in stock. From organic produce and gluten-free snacks to natural supplements and beauty products, this store has everything you need to support a healthy lifestyle.
One thing that sets this store apart from others in the area is its commitment to sourcing unique and hard-to-find products. I have discovered so many new and exciting items here that I can't find anywhere else, which makes each trip to the store an adventure. It's clear that the staff put a lot of thought into curating their selection, and I appreciate the effort they make to offer something different from the typical health food store offerings.
Another thing that I love about this store is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whenever I have a question about a product or need recommendations, they are always happy to help and offer guidance. They are clearly passionate about health and wellness and genuinely want to help customers find the products their looking for.
