Our car broke down passing through Victorville. Emmanuel greeted us upon arrival. He spent at least an hour helping us run the diagnostics on the car. He was patient and professional while we figured out the issue. He was super friendly, and helpful.

It was hands down one of my best experiences the worker that helped us Raymond Garcia was one of the most friendly sociable people I have ever met she was kind and knew exactly what she was doing and she was extremely helpful with every step of the process her customer service was absolutely immaculate and you could tell she worked hard at what she did

It's funny they( Stephanie) makes you look for your own stuff here oils and filters, she said anything thats not in the back we gotta get, so then you go look for them and sometimes they're not in stock or if you find out theres a better sale, you gotta ask them again for the part number of the car your getting it for, and they don't save your spot in line, so you get back in line to buy your products, so for every question you get back in line, causing big lines. since i always help people, they all have different cars. So it's a big hassle asking for help here. it seems like they really don't know. So she probably doesn't know where stuff is and or just doesn't want to bother. I came here three times and it's because I wanted to buy my stuff fast and get out. Got Stephanie twice, and she's the worst. This last time, she sent a customer to self check out because she didn't want to bother or have any worker help when there were 4 on the floor. And the kiosk still didn't work wasting that man's time, when he had to ask them to log in for him to even buy anything, lol. She really needs to quit, or I hope she's not the manager that would be sad, teaching them all to be lazy. The only reason they even get 1 star is for one young man that actually helped, he just got everything i needed didn't need to leave the line or anything and get out, the way it should be. Not creating more work for everyone, we call that double handling. If you kept the customer there, they would be done with their purchase right there and then, but they don't at this one store, lol. I've never had such a wasteful manager. I'll gladly go to any other auto zone or O'REILLY. Hope autozone does something about their work ethic and process in this store. It's the only one wasting peoples time. Now I know why people ask me to go get their stuff and change their things for them. They are too afraid to be helped by people like her. Please do something autozone

Our battery light went out in thr middle of the Mojave. We got a tow to this Auto Zone in Adelanto. Staff called a greeting when we came in. Little did they know what they were getting into. They cheerfully checked our alternator and found it not working well. Got us a new one and checked that one before we installed it. Didn't work so they checked the battery. Wasn't holding a charge. Saw it was one of theirs, so checked the warranty. Still in warranty, so they cheerfully replaced it. Still didn't work so we started checking wires and cables, and in the process discovered the serpentine belt was split. They got us a new one. Put it in and, since we were two hundred miles from home we asked them to check the charging system, just in case. They cheerfully did. FIVE MINUTES before closing. Cheerfully! Stephanie Ramon and Anthony all worked together to help us as much as they could. Thanks guys.

So went to autozone for a part. I have very little knowledge of cars, so I know nothing about this part other then i was told to get it. I ask for help to find it one of the women who worked there just walked me over there and said this is where it's at. So I go ok I'll try to find it. Purchased an item (turns out wrong item) its not a huge deal I go to return it and told her it wasn't the right one afterwards she says they should be more stricter with their returns. I wouldn't have had to return it if she helped liked a asked. Next time I shop here I'm going nowhere near her.
