I called this company panicking because another company was taking me through the ringer, when I made that phone call to ACG concerning my Tesla model Y Left rear rim was cracked and my tire was damaged, they sent a tow truck immediately to retrieve my car, once I arrived at ACG, Jose Ramos examined my vehicle which is a Tesla and yes they’re Tesla CERTIFIED!! “The place isnt bad. Glad they made it bigger for their needs and out wants as a customer. Good selection, clean and organized, and the employees.... Well they're a hit or miss. I had the female "manager" there tell me some crazy misinformation about general amount of gear oil needed in a manual car-she told me to grab 4 of the biggest sized transmission fluids that not only didn't go to my car but was a crazy overhaul of an amount anyone should have. She's a shorter blonde lady with a bad attitude and no knowledge of vehicles. Also had another guy lie to me at the register and have me buy more stuff saying id get my point for over $20 and get my discount on my next order. SO I bought more stuff, came back the next day, and was informed he lied and I didnt enough for it and only had 2points. She proceeded to say they had a few guys who have been doing that and they're getting lots of complaints. Just know your stuff before you go in and they may have it, nicely organized on the shelf and in a clean store. If not, be prepared for the old run around mixed with up selling and lies from some mechanically uneducated "manager" or the shameless misleading cashier.”

Also when I initially dropped it off they gave me a ride to Enterprise rent a car and when my car was done- I just drove it back to Sonshine and they return it to Enterprise for me. “Recently was involved in a small fender bender. The gentlemen I accidently backed into had some scratches to the paint and dents. Byron took care of us. Reasonable price, quick then around time and great customer service. Appreciate the communication and easy to work with. Gave me and the guys who’s car I hit copies of all receipts, updates on status and even stayed after hours 15–20 mins post closing to pick up car. The service was great, was told to bring the car Wednesday, and would be done on Friday ( had got rear-ended had kids, and a job to get to and they were humble enough to understand my crisis) and that is exactly what happened. “I was crying when someone hit my new jeep gladiator. I took it here and it was restored perfectly new again. I doubted that it could be done because I'm a perfectionist, but there wasn't one speck or evidence that it had been repaired. It took a few weeks because they had to work through insurance companies and order new parts, but it wasn't the shop's fault. They kept us informed during insurance communication and parts being received. The insurance company had tried to get us to go to one of their shops. I'm glad I insisted on High desert auto body. The insurance company must have been satisfied with the value for the negotiated price.”
