I went into this location wanting to switch over from Verizon and had a great experience. The manager Bryan made sure I was taken care of, satisfied with the service and that I was receiving the best deal. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends. Thank you again!

I don't even want to give this place a 1 star my Wife and I came here on Friday spent 4 hours to get service for a total of 5 phones we kept our phone numbers and bought 2 new phones well my phone has not been turned on I have 3 of the same phones moto g styles 2023. Why would i want another one. (I don't) so I went back in on Saturday and walked out unhappy I went in on Monday Manager on duty was rude and unhelpful I went in today and still nothing was fixed. On top of that if you're a new customer you can't sign up for service or you will get flagged trying to get service so I had to go in and now i cannot get the new customer deals. horrible all around. So here I am paying for a phone bill that is not right and not activated. ALL I WANT OR ASK FOR IS WHATS RIGHT. NOT HARD TO DO A JOB CORRECTLY

Do not go to this particular store if you want just even decent service. While at this store we changed our direct TV service which was fine, however the promises made by Rodger the sales associate did not happen as promised. On two different occasions I called the store to speak directly to him and the first time I called I was told that he would call me back, that never happened. Two days later I called back again to talk to Rodger who also this time was to busy to take my call or even call me back. Once I mentioned talking to the store manager another sales associate did finally help me out. Here's the thing, DO NOT make promises you don't intend to keep just for the sake of a sale. It is not a good look, in fact that is how you loose customers. As for me, I personally will never go back to this particular store as I have lost my trust knowing that what is being promised may or may not happen.

What is wrong with everyone that works here?!! Came in yesterday and we stood there a while looking like idiots waiting to be checked in and finally comes and check us in and we waited for almost an hour to get serviced. All the employees were walking around gossiping amongst themselves or doing absolutely nothing. A women that worked there that looked around her 40s with brown hair and glasses kept walking passed us and kept giving us a snobbish look as if we were an inconvenience. When we finally got called in they didn't do ANYTHING. They told us everything can be fixed by phone. So I called AT&T and canceled my service and moved onto another company. This place is awful and every employee needs a refresher on customer service and how to be more professional.

Jojo was a very nice and helpful representative. He gave me options and listened to me as I told him my wants. He was very fast and efficient in helping me get the new phone and plan I wanted and needed and fit best with me. Definitely recommend going to this store and asking for jojo

I came in earlier today for a trade in and was helped by Brian (not the manager) and the service was fantastic! He was very informative, professional, and friendly which left for a totally positive experience. would recommend coming in for him!
