The store is very overpacked with inventory, to the point that items are sorta haphazardly stacked on top of each other, which I would say isn't the most professional way of presenting your products in a store, but I will cut them slack for being a small business.
There is definitely a lot of stuff that I think is genuinely interesting and probably worth a purchase. But nothing particularly exciting or worth going crazy over.
They have a no return policy. A lot of their items are not collector worthy, as many of them are liquidated damaged goods or collector items such as Funko Pops that may not be authentic.
One thing I will say though. $60 for the Chinese/Malay dub for the full series of Avatar the Last Airbender, is CRAZY!

Bought a figure for $150 dollar the box was damaged and so was the figure on top of that it was even authentic so I called to see about a refund even though I still have the receipt they wouldn’t even consider it and said Exchange only never have I ever felt so robbed so if you’re a figure collector I highly suggest you stay away for this place they will scam you

I bought a blue Goku for $65… scanned it on the Walmart app $28…. I do like supporting small businesses but wow this was ridiculous. Then they have a tiny hand written sign by the register no refunds exchange only in 15 days. They took advantage of me this time, but never again.

I feel like I fell victim like so many other reviews I've read. This place is cool, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, nothing against them but I honestly got jipped on the anime figures I bought. I literally paid double the price and Amazon sells the exact same product. I would highly reccomend researching before making a purchase here, so you won't be spending more money than you should. It really sucks that I was extremely excited to find these items and didn't think twice to research a better price. They do not do returns, only exchanges so keep that in mind.

Anime Ages is a family owned shop in the Victorville mall. Their selection of products is pretty large, despite the small size of the shop. They've really taken advantage of the space by including floor to ceiling options of products. You can find ceramic character displays, posters, plushies, and functional items like lanyards and keychains. I personally like to visit here for the Totoro products. I've bought a small ceramic Totoro at the bus stop figure and it lights up. The staff have been really accommodating each time I've visited- excited to help find products, and willing to hold them up front so you can continue shopping with ease. My only wish is that they would get a larger variety of Studio Ghibli products- for instance, they don't have any Howl's Moving Castle products. But, any of the really popular animes are easier to find products for here.

They sell tons of counterfeit goods and their Pokémon products are 120%-200% the original price

EDIT: They don't accept returns, even with the receipt and unopened products, they only do exchanges. Wasn't able to return $200+ worth of figures when I can get them online for a little over $100Really amazing stuff and finds in this store, and such sweet staff too! Unfortunately I do have to go and return a bunch of stuff, since once I got home I realized that some of their 'exclusive' figures are ones you can find pretty easily online for much cheaper.
