I am so happy with the new changes that have been happening in the last few months, they have definitely been for for BETTER!! The new management that has taken over has truly been a blessing!! Mailyn has taken the time to really clean this place up and truly made it into a family complex again. There is a small park where the kids can play and you can take your pets. They have really been improving the inside and outside of these apartments and updating them so nice!! Thank you Mailyn, Danny, Andrea and Beacon Propertie Management!! All the hard work is starting to payoff!! Please keep doing it!! It really is appreciated for these ones who have been here for an awhile who have continued to pay rent and watched all the good and bad come and go!!

My family has lived here for over 7 years and will have to move out at the end of their lease, the new lease is almost $800 more monthly then it was the year prior with no warning. How that is even legal I don't understand.

I lived in these apartments for 8 years. When I first moved in it was nice, but it slowly started to turn. They stopped taking care of the property around here and it looks disastrous. Wayward children outdoors playing, wasting food drinks all over the place. The sidewalks look disgusting. Rude inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. Tenants dog owners do not pick up behind them. They leave the nasty dog waste on the landscape. Wayward children's steps in it playing out on the landscape. The stench from the marijuana and cigarette smoke but mind you, they have no smoking signs, smoke free up but tenants do not care. Loud music from vehicles' passing by. I would not recommend these apartments. Do not in any way shape or form even come near this place. Go elsewhere and find better. I'm finally moving, thank God!! We've found better place and moving OUT!! Please by all means, go elsewhere!!!! Also, the property management do not care about this place. They only collect the rent and that's it. By this being HACSB section 8, quantity more important than quality.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years. When I first moved in it was great but it slowly started to turn. Wasn't able to get in touch with the office. They stopped taking care of the property and it became somewhere I didn't even want to be. My own "home" was a place I no longer wanted to spend time at. When I first applied to live there they lied to me about the type of property it was and I was always uncomfortable there. They have garages for your cars but that doesn't do anything. Someone tried to break into my car twice while it was parked in the "locked" garage. Cant even trust your neighbors here. I would not recommend these apartments. I'm so glad I was able to get out of there.

I am so happy that I moved here. It's peaceful, quiet, clean and located centrally to just about everything in the desert. It's close to the freeway too. The rent is reasonable for the quality of the units and the office people are so nice and helpful. It would be great for senior citizens as well as families. Terrific value for the money.

I moved from these apartments about 2 years ago and just decided to finish my review; I couldn't live comfortably or care free in my own apartment because of the everyday stench of marijuana from every surrounding apartment in my building, but one. Unfortunately, these are the things that have to be tolerated when sharing common walls. The one time I park my car outside of my garage overnight, my tags get stolen off my plates. Most of the pet owners don't know how to pick up after their dogs. And not to sound like a broken record, but people freely smoke marijuana outside, to where I can't even open my windows to get fresh air. I am grateful that the front office and maintenance tended to issues at my apartment with a sense of urgency, having things repaired and fixed right away. You get what you pay for with these apartments. Being gated doesn't ensure security.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! This place is fckn ridiculous when you move out don’t ever expect for your deposit back they literally rob you. I left my apartment very clean and they still will charge you for cleaning! They charge to replace all the carpet even though the maintenance guy had told me they should’ve replaced the carpet a year before I even moved out!! While I was living there the ac broke and it was basically raining in my apartment the maintenance guy said that was common and happened often in their units and they will not pay for any damages to your stuff. I put a deposit of $799 and came out owing $1,200!! I will never recommend this place I have lived in many apartments and never have I been charged like this and don’t try to get a hold of them they never answer!!!!

Not sure why people have had issues in the past with these apartments. To be honest, some people say it's a bad area, and coming from a low part of Oceanside, this place is much nicer than most places I am from, and most places I have seen out here. Also, you're not going to find a place that has a fridge ready to use, a washer and dryer (no other apartments were offering all those in the same place), and nice carpet and a pool. Yeah, it's not "perfect" what some might say, but it's a great deal and worth the wait to get this place. I didn't have issues seeing someone, and yeah, there was a wait, but we got it when we did. If you want something bad enough, go and get it. That's what we did, and we have it. So, for those that didn't wait, not sure if management changed hands in the past year or what, but things are prompt here: someone hits the gate for some reason and it gets bent, it gets fixed pretty quickly; a leak in the pipe in the parking lot, gets fixed within the week (including major work on the road, whereas the city itself would take months); weird cars parked around the complex or across the street in the empty field, they get towed and out of here. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but seems professional, prompt, and way worth it to me. There's a waitlist for a reason: this place is nice, affordable, and pretty great! So if you want it, plan 6-8 months ahead and get on the list. Maybe I'll even see you around.
