We needed a pair of slacks hemed same day for a wedding. We called around 10 am, and they said, "Come in, and it's no problem at all."We got there and paid $16 for a pair of dress slacks to be hemmed and ready to pick up within 1 HOUR! great customer service and they did a great job!

They are very unprofessional at this cleaners I came in to get a shirt altered for mySon they charged me 33$ then they called me the next day stating they did the measurements wrong and I had to come back in to get the measurements again and then she states but I don’t know when the lady that does the alterations will be here nor do I know the times of when she will be available what kind of business is this so I ask if I can get a discount for the inconvenience it has caused me and she said no so I said ok give me myRefund her name is Mona Lisa as she stated and she starts getting smart and being rude and sarcastic I will be spreading to word to the cityService: Alterations

Brought my wife's uniform pants in for dry cleaning and repair. I was quoted $19.40 for everything. I paid immediately using my credit card. Three days later, I went in to pickup and the lady working the front desk indicated that I owed an additional $6 due to the extra work the seamstress had to do to complete the repair. How can you quote one price on the day the item is dropped off, but then change the the price on the day the customer picks up. No notification prior to any supposedly additional work be done. Seems to me that some fishy business may be going on at this location. This was my first and will definitely be my last visit.Services: Alterations

Bad attitude. No next day service. Not flexible on when you can pick up. Overpriced, and not convinced they even dry clean every item.

I ask for 5 pants to be creased I received 1 creased the others were not. This is not the 1st screw up but it will be my last. The lady at the counter didn't even care continued to tell me what my total was. I will find another cleaners.

They are ok but when I took a pair of shorts to them and asked them to put zippers on pockets they laughed so apertntly eother they don't do alterations or they don't know how to put zipper on pockets

We had taken in a quilt got it back with a big stain, so they offered to redo it. We added a long sleeve shirt which we had just purchased and a pair of pants. When i pick up the items, I noticed one of the sleeves button looked torn off. When I examined the other sleeve the sleeve it had a large tear at the wrist. The lady at the front said it was an old shirt, which it wasn't we had just bought it and worn once, and even if it had been that's no excuse why it was torn. It appeared as if it got caught in one of the machines and ripped out. The lady then said "might want to take it back to the story, because it's probably defective", the shirt was fine when it was left at the cleaners, no problem with the shirt, when they had examined it before we dropped it off. They still charged my daughter for the dry cleaning. When we called them on it, the young gentleman said call your attorney that he was the manager, horrible customer service, we had used them many times in the past, very disappointed with there customer service, they do not value return costumers.

I took my clothes to be dry cleaned, but they ruined them by washing them instead. Some of my items appeared not to be washed or dry cleaned. When I picked up my clothes they had lint and hair all over them. I pointed out a dirty spot in which the lady started scraping it off with her fingernail. Prior to this visit, I had questioned whether they had cleaned my clothes, but decided to give them a second chance. No 3 strikes here. I will not be returning.

A simple estimate turned complicated! 2 weeks of trying to chasing down owner via phone call or them promising to email us info. No reason for the games, either you can or you dont want to! That's how business works.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for 20 now and they have always done an excellent job! I also go there for my alterations and have been pleased with those, as well. The workers are friendly and very helpful! Great customer service! Located in the Stater Brothers shopping center at Amethyst and Bear Valley, they are easy to find. Give them a try.
