Paid $35 for a wash on my mini truck + $10 Tip, got home and saw the bad job they did! Rims were still dirty, took well over 2 hours and they were not even busy ? Those that were, there were not happy! Dissapointing! Guess my search will continue for a decent car wash!

I don't take my cars anywhere else but here. I have been coming here for over 19 years. They know how to care for a car correctly, whether it has custom rims or custom paint, high end or an old beater, they will always treat you and your car right. Reading some of the other reviews that are complaining, they are a service and people make mistakes sometimes. But if you continue to go 9 times out of the 10 the service and the quality of their work is on point. Plus they do rain checks.

Tri city car wash always does a good job. I've been using them for years. Good quality for the price. I always feel better driving a clean and shiny truck from there.

Been here a handful of times. They are sooooo slow!!! Two hours to even see my car in the wash, and only four cars were ahead of me. They charged me for a truck when I have a little hatchback. No more. I'll go down the hill.

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. My new car came out better than new after being totally sandblasted on 395 on the 8th. Alex did a class act superior detail that deserves ultimate exposure. Thanks a million times over. I was led to believe my car was ruined and in need of a complete paint job. Booya! If you become a victim of this unfortunate circumstance go here. You will be glad you did! 100% A+ service!

Didn't even wash my car half of it including rims were still dirty. No air freshener no dash wipe basically a joke . Won't be going back except to use the vacuums for free

Took our brand new Silverado for tinting. Brian did not do a very good job. When we took it back to show Brian, he refused to fix it. We became upset with the quality of work and lack of customer service. Brian proceeded to send unprofessional text messages.

My go to stop for a well detailed job. The staff is great, tip them as they are out in the heat and/or cold.

Brought my truck here for a wash and selected a middle of the road option from their wash menu. There was a long wait so I settled in and sat in the waiting area. After about an hour I walked back to check on my truck and found it coming close in line to be washed but was running and unattended. When I asked a worker inside the waiting area why it would be running they said they leave all the cars running the whole time they wait. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF GAS!! Fast forward to the end result of the wash was terrible. Truck still has tons of missed dirty areas and covered in water spots from being neglected after it came out of the wash. Avoid this business like the plague. Total wait time from beginning to end 2 hours and 4 minutes

I took my brand new car that wasn't even 1 month old to get a car wash and they scraped my rim and didn't even tell me I found it a day after I was looking at car and no apologies or even letting me know . Horrible business DO NOT Recommend

The car was was not great. I paid 40$ and later on that day the windows were foggy like someone used an oily product on the window. I had to wipe them three times just to get it to be clear. I give a 3 because the people were nice

These MF'n liars. I paid $250 for a full shampoo and wax on my wife's van. The door jambs were dirty the windows inside weren't cleaned, and I know what wax feels like on a car. There was no wax. 3 hours and all they did was wash and shampoo the seats and carpets. These people are scam artists. Thieves. I hope their business fails, and it will. Go anywhere else!

Probably won't come back, floor mats not clean, cup holders still dirty.... just not the best and I upgraded the wash! Also it took almost an hour and half!

Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Workers are extremely slow. They look and work like walking zombies. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I hope you bring your lunch if you bring your car to this place. Took over 2.5 hours to get my car done. I had to tell guy drying it to just worry about the outside and leave the inside alone so I could leave. Didn't even get to finish the outside properly because I couldn't wait any longer. They run all these cars through here and need more staff to do this. Poor management at the top, but I'm sure they could probably care less. I will say the guy drying it and doing the final touches that he could was very nice and polite.
