Don't go if you want branch manager and employees to mess up leasing agreement that you called 3 times to fix. And 1 time before doing leasing agreement. They forced the payment or lose my appliance. And was told by branch Manager doesn't care that this caused me to be homeless. Gonna start a lawsuit.

The delivery took 5 extra days longer than expected. Then when we did the set up for payment we explained we're paid on Wednesday. They did a Friday payment instead. We were told we could change it online.We called,the manager was beyond nasty and rude. Not helpful at all nor understanding. I have to laugh first month free, ya after they make u wait half the month for it.

From the very beginning the sales manager Regina was very lazy and knew little to nothing about her products she sells. Second time going in to the store first things she lets us know is that she is "lazy" and then tried to clean it up with "not lazy just tired" either way still not professional. The general manager called me a week later letting me know the tv I ordered had came in broken, that she will call me back with a solution to get me a new tv. She never called back, I called back the next day for an update and was told she was busy and would call me back...never did AGAIN! I called 5 days later spoke with Regina and she stated she was going to figure out what going on that should would call me back...NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! Today 6/6/23 I called Aaron's spoke with the manager about my tv and was told I will not be getting my tv because me and my mother both have separate accounts for one household and that, that isn't suppose to happen. But hey REGINA knew the WHOLE time me and my mother lived in the same household and Regina never said we couldn't go forward with our separate purchases. I am HIGHLY upset because if I wouldn't have called in to inquire about the tv I ordered no one would have told me I was never getting it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AARONS LOCATION!

Regina was great very helpful and more importantly she is all about the customer. She makes you only want to deal with her even though there is others that can help lol. She made my experience there 5*plus! Go see Regina ! Thanks a bunch girl!

This is the worst experience I had from this company Victorville location is horrible. The young lady that calls herself the GM she is so rude. I do not understand why they have somebody like that working there. That is so rude the way she be talking to customers. She have to learn customer service if she's gonna be working around people, I will be filing a complaint and already did and we'll keep on filing a complaint till it goes to the upper hand. Harassing customers. I should've looked at the reviews before going to this store.

I will never do business with them very rude and not helpful at all I ask for them to hold a payment until the follow week they said ok bit they took it out left me with overdrafts fees I called told them what happen there supervisor said it was not her problem I ask for main office there Gave me the round aroundq

I had a agreement with them not to take out a payment due to I was not working but they did anyway when I called the young lady said she was a supervisor and didn't care what happen we continue to call the main office they never reach out to us when we called they always said call back tomorrow I will never buy from them the Aaron's in ontario there very understandable

They communication is horrible . They never deliver on time and they give you more then one delivery date. Customer service is good but I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for items that they said would be delivered in a week.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because I have worked with Rent-A-Center in the past and it was really an ordeal to get an item from there. Aaron's however was super simple took about 3 minutes online to fill out the application a 2 minute phone call for a follow-up and I just had to produce one piece of paper with the address on it which was my utility bill. It was so simple and easy and yes of course it's going to cost me a little more than if I could have just bought it cash but when you have poor credit and you need something quickly they deliver it to your house you can make payments and you always have the option to pay it off so this works for me and I know it would work for a lot of people that just can't afford to fork over $2,000 for a refrigerator in one shot. Also the people that answer the phone are very helpful and patient and they call back when they say they're going to they follow up which is really refreshing. I experienced a very good customer service all the way around including the delivery guys that brought the refrigerator. They did forget to notify me they were on their way but that's okay they were very patient while I got the area ready for them and the whole experience was very pleasant. I love my refrigerator and I absolutely will go back to this store if I have a need in an emergency situation in the future.

This place is a total rip off. They lie to there customers and the head office does nothing about it. We now have a law suit against the company. So please be aware of this matter and avoid Aaron's like the plague.

After being promised a 3 day delivery it took them a month to come out, when they did they tried to deliver a dented (like whole corner smashed in) refrigerator. Now another month later after several phone calls nothing has been done, no answer for our requests for a refund. No attempts made to deliver a new appliance. Not a single person can help us with our problems and we have called several times. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a mattress over a month ago called twice on two different days about delivery first time waited all day no delivery! Second day called they asked if I could pick it up when offer clearly states delivery and setup. I’m a senior citizen without transportation so no I couldn’t pick up they assured me it would be delivered that day again no show no delivery. Cancelling For sure !!!
