Charged $100.00 for a crappy auto policy (wouldn't bundle with my house cuz I live on a dirt road even tho they quoted to get my biz) that I canceled within 20 days of purchasing. Since I didn't keep their crap for 1 year they charged me another 100 for canceling! I refused to pay since I wasn't asking for a refund on the 1st hundred I paid. Now for 100 dollars they are trying to tarnish my excellent credit rating. People, go to STATE FARM! Rates are competitive and there's more bang for your buck!!!

We spoke to a Rep about purchasing an Auto and Homeowner's policy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also did not pressure us into purchasing a policy. We received a very good quote and changed our insurance to AAA.

beware of ruben! ruben is a thief! they will punch and fuck up the number quotes for there own advantage! and the number one thing they do is say " we sent out notices by mail ! and u didnt meet the deadline ! we are charging this fee !!! i have gone into the branch and walked out not owing anything, to a week later someone harrasing you that you have a late fee of some sort!!! thieves !!!!!

Been a member for 11 years with my family and the moment I try to switch to an independent primary. The insurance lady SHARON STEALS my cash payment of 87$ and claims to never have taken anything. Triple A refuses to look at the cameras and will not help me further and are still demanding more money for my membership i already paid. Dont pay in CASH here guys. People are dead broke who will steal and scam you!!!

This review is for people who are tired of getting the runaround dealing with agents trying to pocket most of their money from commission this review is for people who just want to get down to business pay what's rightfully do and treat it like a friend instead of a customer if you go see Brandon Bean in Apple Valley he is a superb sales agent he can help you with your auto home boat umbrella even classic car and you will get treated with such respect and dignity and he definitely definitely respects your time if you're on a time limit he will have you in and out feeling very very very accomplished and secured when it comes to your roadside needs and insurance I would like to thank whoever hired Brandon Bean for what they seen in him good call Brandon please do not change anything about yourself you are awesome I am glad that you enjoy your job it totally shows thank you so very much kudos to Brandon Bean and the HR department who brought him aboard
