I filed an amendment for 2020 IRS said it was deposited to Metabank account in march2021 its and not my account. Been trying to call but no one answers the phone. These places are crooks.

our tax return was stolen by themalways check the bank account before you leave if you see it blank. thats cause they add there bank account we have tryied talking to them.and the. all Claudia said its not her problem we have to contact IRS and we have but there is no way to get a hold of themshe is very slick so be carefuloh and not only did she stole our taxes our stimulus checks because the bank account she put in system is for the IRS so be careful and double check

I made an appointment last week and I understand life happens so Claudia reached out so we can do a virtual meeting and wanted me to email my documents, I'm not comfortable emailing my social security card or my ID, so I asked to reschedule. She agreed to meet Monday, then texted me that morning again with now another excuse and ok that's fine but wanted to either meet later that evening where I personally couldn't or to email my documents and I told her I wasn't comfortable doing that so we rescheduled a second time for Tuesday morning. I get to the office and it's locked. I texted the number she's been texting me from to verify location and time and no response. I waited maybe she was busy with someone else.. I waited 10 minutes after my appointment at this sketchy looking office and nothing so I went somewhere else across the street and they took care of me.

Worst place to get your taxes done. Once Claudia has your money forget trying to get ahold of her. Got my taxes done in February and she still hasn't sent them in as of April 13th. Won't respond to messages (but messenger shows she does look at them). Was an extremely good place until Claudia took over. Will never go back. She's overpriced for the service you get.

I got my taxes done three weeks ago and never received a copy of my taxes after I waited and gave them some time to send them to me. I finally called and requested them in person. Claudia Oakenful answered the phone and told me "you ain't getting your taxes now b***** after I expressed my impatience. It's pretty scary how someone so unprofessional (who runs the business) has possession of personal information on a daily basis. Let that sink in... and don't wast your time here. Reports have been made with the BBB, tax attorneys, and code enforcement.

Worst business ever! Get rid of Claudia, she is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She doesnt focus on her work, had to contact me days later to verify my banking information. I now have issues with my refund and this "lady" starts yelling, "theres nothing we can do! You need to contact the tax board!" Blaring this over and over speaking over me. Please dont go here, do not give business to people that do not care to supply a proper service. I will be seeking legal advise.

They do the taxes said would print a copy for me then don't, I have a leg injury and forgot to ask her to print my paperwork after being there 4 hrs, paid way to much for the service then go back to get a print out was told no, way didn't I tell her to print for me when I was there? Why should I have to ask twice for my paperwork? No email was ever sent so I could print them for mine or my daughters taxes, so we had nothing to show they were ever done.So now was told that they would send a email and I can go someplace to get it printed, hard for me because I am still dealing with injuries plus I now have to pay to print. I will not be back to this place, I should have known better not to go here in the first place, shame on me.
