Overall very pleased with towing my mercedes benz i had a good experienced. The boss is very polite, and professional. The receptionist was very straight forward and helpful and was willing to help me out with any questions i had. I only waited like 20 minutes for them to arrive. Today was the longest Day ever. I have an electric vehicle and I needed it towed to a charging station, Mike was able to help me out & he made sure my car was charging and everything was okay before he left. After desperately searching for an open and available towing company this morning, despite never having been to Victorville, my car became unsafe to drive due to unexpected engine troubles while having planned to travel this morning from Vegas to LA. Mike Boylin and his driver, Mike, however, ended up being superheroes for me today, more than I could have asked for.After being able to make it to a gas station along the freeway just near the main area of Victorville, I wasn’t sure who I could contact for help, especially being that it’s Saturday and many businesses usually close on weekends. When I called a & j towing And recovery, Mike B. answered and allowed me to explain what happened while on the way. After also learning of his connection with AAA later on, he was able to arrive right away and get my car towed up. Even after going back and forth with AAA to make sure everything was good to go, he was extremely helpful, understanding, and patient with everything from start to finish.After arriving at the initial towing destination, Mike B. was able to ask and have one of his drivers, Mike, go above and beyond my initial expectations from them both. Thanks to learning of my AAA membership via my parents with having a premier policy, and Vegas only being less than 200 miles from the gas station, Mike was able to tow my car all the way back to Vegas at my nearby dealership, all the way from Victorville!I may be without a car for the next few weeks, but both Mikes were amazing and absolutely helpful and knowledgeable in the towing field while talking with them throughout the drive back. I also learned of both of them having about 50 years of experience combined in this industry, and their level of professionalism and helping each and every customer to the best of their abilities also proved that even further. If anyone in Victorville ever needs towing assistance in the future, PLEASE consider going with a & j towing. Given this was even my first time ever having requested a tow, too, I can’t truly thank them enough for what they were able to do for me. I am absolutely grateful I went with contacting them to help me make it back home safely and definitely made the experience a much more positive and even lighthearted one!!

After breaking down almost three hours from home and calling multiple businesses- Mike was by far the most helpful (and responded immediately in the middle of the night) Giving an honest and fair estimate and even offering to price match for other licensed tow businesses. The whole car situation was bad enough and breaking down in a town with no public transportation was even worse. Mike went as far as to pick me up from where I stayed overnight and was helpful with additional car advice. Lots of sketchy businesses in the barstow/ middle of the desert area or in general out that way. It was a breath of fresh air to have A&J towing be so reliable. I had called one other prior to calling A & J towing. A&j towing only charged me half of what the other towing company was going to charge. The service was fast and friendly. The driver was super polite. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend using their services. Thank you A & j towing. Really appreciate you.

Would give zero stars the owner tells me a normal van can’t be towed because it’s “overweight.” I’ve been in this business for plenty of time with CHP watching these vans be picked up. Complete scam and the owner had a terrible attitude on the phone while telling me I have no idea what it is and trying to charge $600.

this past monday we got a flat tire called our insurance and they just did circles for us no help at all, we started to look around to find a towing company personally, don't look further, this place plus the owner Mike is beyond amazing we were stranded for 5 hours in the heat and he helped us immediately no hesitation we wish we just called him within the first hour of waiting. he helped us out easily no issues even gave all of us a ride to the tire shop. when he saw my dads very big lifted truck he didn't turn us down. he's very friendly and willing to help in any situation which is rare to find these days. thank you for being our saving grace that day. 100 and more percent go with this company ????Services: Car towing

Yes, use their services! They are reasonably priced, extremely extraordinarily helpful and won't disappoint! Mike at A & J is a godsend! My dad was locked out of his car overnight and is not very good at navigating the internet for services, so I had to try to make arrangements for him from a hundred miles away. I called a few places near his area and many were unavailable because of the 4th of July Weekend influx. Mike went above and beyond to make himself available to help my dad and even showed real care in worrying about him being out in the heat later in the day. His true character really showed in his professionalism and awareness of all factors. He got my dad situated as soon as he could and saved the day! Thank you A&J Towing for such a great services!
