Came here for coffee 2 mins ago and tryed to do a car payment cause they offer pay near me and the old lazy lady worker said the machine was down while she rang me up lol it’s the same system the dumb old lady was just to lazy to count out bills and the store was nasty dirty don’t come to this 7-11 horrible service and environment

Been coming here for years, even as an am/pm, but...as someone that comes in daily usually at 5-630 am, the graveyard shift people really need to clean the inside if the store. Cheese and chili sauce, coffee, sticky counters and floors everywhere, bathrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have noticed that my trips in here in the middle of the night the graveyard was on their phones not really doing anything, cold coffee, really?
Hire someone that can actually clean nightly! Smh, its getting worse!

Been going here every almost night for the past 3 months, The cashier Momo(?)is a very sweet and happy girl, always gives the best customer service, sometimes I come just for her, I think she may have quit because I haven’t seen her lately, sadly. But, every time I go the store is clean the bathrooms are nice, there is a little problem with the homeless outside but that’s it, I hope you guys being the cashier back though, she seems like she loves her job!

My boyfriend and I have been coming here almost every day for the past couple of months. We have NEVER had an issue. The staff is always friendly, and when we were short change (nothing more than a couple pennies), they covered us. The soda fountain is always clean, and the vibes are always amazing!

This place is way better now that it's not ampm but man the smell of vagrant urine is extremely noticeable yall should check out affinity8 and maybe get that taken care of.

Before this place was a 7-11 the people who worked there couldn't keep paper in the bloody gas pumps. Now that it is a 7-11 there has been no improvement. I pay at the pump just so I don't have to go inside. Costco never runs out of paper and they get far more traffic than this 7-11 does. What is the main problem in keeping paper in the machines? Poor management and personnel who don't give a hoot. The only thing that has changed is the name. Same bad service.

Very unprofessional, walked in NEVER GREETED BY THE staff Cashier behind counter head down on phone, seems as if she’s unhappy to work there. (Body language is very poor) It wasn’t until I started talking to her that she acknowledged me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ??

Very rude put gas on my card went to the pump immediately and it never went on to the pump went back in she said it timed out and went back on my card I said no please put it on there she said no she took my receipt I will never be back if the $$$ doesn’t go back on my card I will file dispute against them with the credit card company never recommend save your money and go else where
