When to look at one their cars. Dude seems legit he is in this huge hurry. Come out with the keys and asks if I wana buy it yet.didnt even see inside yet. So we get on the road, truck seemed nice but right as we pull out dude tells me he has to make a stop at the liquor store across the street. Which is unprofessional and shady but I stop. Guy goes in then comes out with nothing I could see. Seemed like a drug run. When he comes out he is like do you Wana buy it and I'm going I meet in the car all of 5 minutes I havent got to ask any questions or anything. All around a very very shady experience and extremely unprofessional. I'd go to a real dealership not this fly by night kind of place.

I Agree with Chuck, "They don't own up to their mistakes and over charge on labor." I would also like to add that there mechanics are novice and the people working behind the desk are arrogant, and in fact not own up to their mistakes. They rather take your cash and be done with you, than fix there mistake and have a happy returning customer. I will NEVER return to this place. Do yourself a favor and pay those extra $20 and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for here, a novice service too greedy to run an honest business. Hypocrites at that , they have a convenient picture of JESUS CHRIST right there where everyone can see. Just a bunch of wolves in sheep clothing.
UPDATE, THEY USED TO BE CALLED "MALCOM'S AUTO REPAIR", THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME TO WHAT YOUR SEEING NOW, CUSTOMERS BEWARE, THEY ARE TRICKSTERS, MAKE SURE THE NEXT PLACE YOU GO IS NOT THESE GUYS IN DISGUISE....

Thank you Jinn and all your staff for your excellent service. the staff was excellent with having patience when it came to the process for parts and a speedy repair. My honey has not stop smiling after getting his toy (Maserati) back. I thank the staff for the speedy repair on the vehicle and having high quality service. Plus i didn't want the next toy he was looking at, (Lambo)

I was stranded on the freeway i called this shop and i was picked up in less than 20 min. Mario and his team just went above and beyond for helping me out and for getting my car back in shape, just goes to show you cant always trust your neighborhood backyard mechanic.

This company has went above and beyond I was needing a part they did not stock so they sent me to their supplier with no prophet on their end if I could I would give them a rating of 10 🌟 's if there was that option thank you FIVE STAR on Palmdale Road. A friend of mine referred me to 5 Star transmissions for my oil changed. I was completely satisfied with the overall service I received. I was greeted as I walked in and was even offered the coupon price before I was able to mention it. I was walked thru the issue with my car so i was able to fully understand not just given a paper with outrageous prices like I was used to. The manger Scott was introduced himself knowing I was a first timer. I found my new auto shop and I will be telling my friends about 5 star transmissions.
