I went today morning for my Sun passport we don’t have appointment We just walk in and the lady Debbie She’s nice. She knows what she’s doing for her job. Excellent.

Josh and his team over at the post office were wonderful! They helped me get situated with my passport and were very thorough! I appreciate all of their help! The Victor Post Office customer service was exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

Believe me..... after visiting several post offices - including Stockton's for Passport Services, this little location puts them to shame. I called before hand expecting another rude response, except I am pleasantly greeted by a knowledgeable woman able to see to help me. I quickly rushed over, and only had to wait a few mins while other customers quickly came and went.The lady with short hair and glasses, was quick and concise (straight to the point) - I was shocked, + she was nice to me, I also accidentally forgot to photocopy my personal docs, and as busy as she was - She made sure I left taken care off and with my Passport Application set and sent and copy! Thank You - Angel In disguise

I wish I could give this place a zero star. The named DJ lady treated me worse. I went there to apply for my passport and when I handed my application and documents to her, she saw my picture and asked me why I am wearing my headscarf and said to me in a rude attitude that I need to give the statement why I wear a headscarf. I said her ok, wrote my statement, and gave it to her. My niece was with me and she asked me in rude behavior "Why do you guys wear headscarves and at what age I don't understand that." I explained to her. I said her that my sis applied for a passport in another post office and they did not ask her why she wore a head scarf and needs to state that. Then she become more angrier and rude and said me "you can't tell me what happened in an other office I am doing my job.she said me in rude behavior if they deny your application due to your headscarf and then don't say me why they deny your application." why would I say her I even don't want to go to that office and see her and listen her racist tone. Then she pushed my application to her coworker and said her to complete my work and went away. America gives everyone freedom of religion and I think that it is basic right and everyone should have that right. It seems to me that lady has personal problems with Muslim.I wish I've never been there. If you are Muslims women I won't recommend you to go there. I would never go there again. I will never recommend anyone to go there because that lady will treat you like you are worthless. Hope they teach their workers professional skills. I've never given review on something before but that lady made me to give review on how she treated me. It was worst experience of my life.

I was expecting great service considering its a small, quiet post office. I was disgusted by the lack of courtesy and professionalism by two separate employees on 2 separate days. When applying for a passport, both women were extremely rude, impatient and acted as if they couldn’t be bothered. I missed the walk in appt time by 10 min. I asked if the woman would make an exception and she quickly said no, without even making eye contact. When I asked questions, she cut me off and raised her voice as if I was annoying her. Unfortunately, I had to go back the next day and was happy to see a new face. That employee was just as ugly as the first! She “put me on notice” by telling me my picture probably wouldn’t work and even made a note on the app that she told me it wasn’t a good picture. I told her that I would have one retaken so that it would be accepted. Instead of offering to take my picture there, she sealed up all of the documents knowing I intended to retake the picture. Now that the envelope is sealed, I’ll have to restart the entire process and pay another $35 fee. I didn’t know this at the time and she didn’t bother explaining this to me. We look to these agents for assistance to make this a smooth process, but these employees made it so much more difficult for me. Talk about disgruntled U.S. Postal service workers! Horrible experience!!

This is the worst post office ever! The ladies that used to work there were wonderful! The current woman who now runs the P.O. is rude, has no concept of efficiency & how long people are waiting in line and socializes & laughs w people at the counter while everyone waits. The Lodi Post Master needs to pay a visit

I sent some food that I cooked to a friend who is having a difficult time right now. I told him (the USPS employee) that it was perishable and that everything was on ice. I paid $30 for two day shipping and I confirmed that it would get there on time by asking him “Will it get there by Saturday?” Which he said “yes” to. It is now Monday, a holiday, and the package still isn’t there. After looking at the receipt it clearly says Tuesday.Now the hours that I spent preparing that food from scratch is all wasted. Now something that was supposed to be a gift to make someone feel better is a burden. She’s going to open a package smelling of rotting meat and it’s all because this guy didn’t give two shi*’s about his job or the people he’s taking money from.This is why everyone has lost faith in the USPS.

I came here to apply for my passport. It was a great experience for me. It took only about 5 minutes. Before coming, I filled out my application and made copies of the required documents as well as my pic. The lady was very friendly and quick doing her job. I would say, have your documents ready before coming so the transaction goes smoothly.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I went in to renew my passport and the lady at the front (short hair with glasses) was so rude to me since I walked in. I accidentally misspelled the street I live in and she was very mad and raising her voice at me about it. I told her I was sorry and that I could come in another day if she wanted me to, and she kept telling me how because of my mistake I had people waiting behind me. She was SOOOO rude, they have HORRIBLE DISGUSTING customer service. Also very racist towards Latinos. I left very upset.
