Just a horrible experience. I was told they are the “best in town” but dang was I fooled! Every picture frame is gross, the rugs are FULL of dirt and hair, the furniture doesn’t match. WAY overpriced for their poor service and quality!

A complete joke of a staging company. This is how lazy they are - they don't patch up any of the holes in the walls after removing the artwork they staged. They use different shades of white paint on the same wall, and the paint overall is uneven. They didn't fully remove the plastic wrapping on the handles of the kitchen cupboards. I had to unscrew every single handle to remove the remaining plastic wrapping that they left on after ripping off the front. How lazy can you be? We also found an empty beer bottle in the crawlspace from one of the employees. That's just great. Most importantly - THEY COVER UP HUGE CRACKS IN THE CEILING AND WALLS DUE TO FOUNDATION ISSUES AND DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO THE BUYER. Brett Baier is the most unreliable and sleazy person I've ever done business with. He's extremely unresponsive, and will string you along for months to waste your time and then just disappear completely and not answer any messages. Beware! This is NOT the company you want to hire for any housing projects!

After using this company to stage, I would not use them again. Their people do not follow-up. Our design consultant showed up in her workout attire fresh from a class. She gave out our house code to the install team after telling us she would not. And upon removal it was discovered the furniture had glue residue that left marks all over our hardwood floors. We called it to their attention and no one ever followed-up. Just think twice about using them.

Amazing company to work with. The absolute highest quality in furniture and design. After 40+ stagings, I would not hesitate to recommend Vesta to anyone in the real estate industry.Service: Home staging

BEWARE!!! THEY WILL GIVE AWAY YOUR PERSONAL INFO. We used Vesta to stage our house and they gave away the access code to our home!!! A trespasser entered our house and stored his furniture in our garage! I couldn't have made is criminal story up! the company including the owner Brett denied everything while we have proof that he is friends with the trespasser. BEWARE. There are plenty other staging companies in LA. DO NOT use this one.

We broker luxury homes in the Greater LA area and our experience with Vesta has been exceptional. Vesta is not just a vendor we hire to stage our listings, rather a partner who helps us get the best results for our Sellers. They have always been prompt in providing a quote, easy to schedule with, showed up on time, very reasonably priced, took incredible care of our listings and clients and have consistently delivered beautiful results. Will absolutely continue our partnership with them and encourage anyone looking for top tier service to look no further.

We built our dream home in FL recently. We were unsure of our decorating skills & invited Jarod Korn & his team from Vesta homes to assist us. They attentively listened to our thoughts & how we hoped to use our new space. The result is stunning. We are in awe of our home every time we walk in. It is both our refuge & our pride & joy. We could not have achieved this without them. Thank you Jarod & Vesta Homes

Vesta is THE staging company I go. They've now completed 5 different staging projects for me over the years, and I figured its time I finally do a review! Their design team is very responsive and open to feedback. Their furniture and accessories are top notch, especially for larger homes where substantial pieces are needed to fill rooms, and they are always acquiring new pieces to refresh their inventory. Maybe not the cheapest out there, but they get the job done right every time, first time, and you get what you pay for with their service and expertise. I definitely intend to continue using them on future/upcoming projects!

This is by far the most disgusting company i ever worked with! They stagged my home for sale, after a few months, I called them for months and months left several messages, asking them to come and collect the furniture. I never got through to anyone. Over and over I gave them a call to try to get a hold of some one. I am an older woman that knows nothing about computers, After months of them not picking up or returning my calls. I asked my friend for help, she got a hold of them online. And when they finally spoke to me, they said i have a huge balance, - Huge- I explained that i left several messages and wanted them to pick everything up several months ago. They simply dont care, and said they will not pick up the furniture and will send me to collection, and as long as they dont pick up the balance keeps running. I am an older lady struggling to get by so i had no choice but to sell my home and had no luck selling it. And now, I have to deal with this. I tried and send them emails ( through my friend) several more times to try to reason with them, and they wont respond again, other then sending me an email to buy the furniture for $166,000 ( this is a small three bedroom home, the furniture is not worth more the 40K) And meanwhile the balance is running. They are disgusting! go some where else.

I don't enjoy posting reviews. Here is how Vesta truly stages a multi-million dollar home. Anything but Luxury. Judge for yourself. They run a deceptive and dishonest business. It felt like they wanted kickbacks to provide better furniture.

An awful example of misleading name. There's nothing "luxury" about them. This staging company built reputation by self-advertising and being affiliated with Big name real estate agencies. The inventory they advertised and the inventory they use are worlds apart. One would hardly call it furniture at all, unless you prefer old, used, badly cleaned, smelly and in dire state, very expensive originally items in your new, contemporary, well designed house. Most of the staging is mid century in style and looks like from that time as well. They are not able to match the style of the house with anything remotely close. Art that they use is both misplaced and not even matching their own inventory. And on top of all that, they leave the mess with all the holes in the walls and dirty rooms, when the inventory is removed.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am a developer of new homes. I was approached by a designer that worked with Vesta. Their price was higher than the competition, but as I've heard that my regular company had too many complaints lately, I've decided to try Vesta, as their reviews were very good. OMG - what a BIG mistake! The designer told me a week before the staging that there were not much left in their warehouse for me. Unfortunately, that what it looked like. Nothing went with anything. The house is new and super modern, and the asking price is $ 4 mil. I cannot afford to have dirty old furniture. The master bedroom was chaos, modern with old and all the colors that don't match whatsoever. The dining room was not even appropriate for any cheap house. They couldn't even find outdoor furniture for us. So all I have is one sofa, 1 chair and a coffee table and it looks incomplete in a huge space. After 2 days, the designer said that she could not return to change as she had other jobs. I got another designer that was supposed to find better products within 3 days. So there were again new trucks, but nothing better. So my account manager promised me to find another designer to fix the dirty old furniture and bring something appropriate the week after. Another truck came the next week, but with worse furniture. All of them were returned! Lucky, we have also a wholesale furniture business and we had to bring our own dining room, coffee tables, chairs, consoles to make the house presentable. That cost me a lot of money. I thought that the market was hot and Vesta was overbooked and not much inventory left. Today my friend called me. Although I have warned her not to use Vesta, she decided to give them a try and had the same or even worse results than me. She sent me pictures of her house and I was shocked! What horrible uninviting furniture!! How can this company be in business at all!! I think that 1 star review is over the top for what is called "Luxury Home Staging".

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF STAGING WITH VESTA! This company is a complete joke. My new listing agent convinced me that I needed to refresh the home with higher quality staging and recommended this company to me. My agent also told me that they offer an escrow payment option which meant we would not need to pay for anything until we sold the home. I found this option extremely appealing and decided to give them a shot. The designers from Vesta came to check out our project within a few days after we reached out to them. We liked their vision and I decided to move forward with them. Knowing that I was going to work with this company, I went ahead and had all the existing staging from the previous company removed.Brett, the owner, sent over a contract which I had questions about including the install date. (It was never mentioned within the contract). We went ahead and sent MULTIPLE emails in hopes getting a response. Brett only responded to one email and failed to answer the questions my agent and I had. He simply stated that we must sign the contact to get a date even though we were just asking for a rough window. We sent multiple follow up emails and he never responded. Our goal was to get the property on the market quickly and time was of the essence. My agent and I waited for a response from Brett for weeks unit I got fed up with him and asked my agent to get on a conference call together. She managed to get in contact with him and we got on the phone together. I expressed my concerns about the lack of communication, and he know that he would get everything taken care of. During our conference call I simply asked for an updated contact with new dates and he said that he would get those to me the same day. Two days have gone by and we still don’t have a new contract or even an install date window. The only thing I ever received from Vesta is an initial contract.Don’t make the mistake I did by giving Vesta a chance. Based on the experience I had with this company they do not care about their clients. The only thing they care about is getting you to sign a contract and get paid. There is absolutely no excuse for severely delayed response times and leaving customer questions hanging.
