Moved cross-country and they "lost" my large crate of priceless personal belongings. It was moving alongside another package that was oddly delivered without issue. Judging from the other reviews, the contents were likely stolen. I wouldn't recommend UPS in the LA area solely based on the risk of your package going through this facility.

This place delays packages and steals them. Ive had countless packages delayed here and finally 1 stolen. Which to them is "lost".

If you have a drop of load, please call ahead to speed up your process, quick check in & out, security is a bit slow, but will help you, I will say check for your load bars. Overall, it is better than most.

This facility lost my package over the July 4 weekend. It was a pair of shoes, so it probably got stolen because of the way it was shipped. I made a lost package claim which took a long time, but never actually got resolved. It was all automated.

THEY LEFT ALL PALLETS AND TRASH IN OUR TRAILER ALSO THEY DIDN’T RETURN ANY OF OUR LOAD LOCKS….
THEY DO THIS TO LITERALLY EVERYONE ……..

Terrible experience my package was lost or more likley stolen and they do nothing to help you out. I would try to avoid shipping through here. I don't know how ups hasn't looked in to this yet from reading all the reviews.

I saw other reviews about packages being opened at this facility and was worried mine would be too. My package came through this facility today and was cut open. Not sure if anything is missing.

BEWARE if your packages come through this facility they WILL OPEN THEM just to see if there's expensive stuff they can steal. My package came to me clearly ripped open, the contents in the package were clearly gone through as some items were unpackaged from their store packaging and in there loose with the original packaging thrown in the box. Ups needs to do some investigating on this facility because this is not okay.

I received my golf clubs yesterday except the box was opened and taped poorly. Instead of my 10 piece set I received 1 club. Shady UPS facility. Hope you enjoy the clubs

sent out a package on the 20th, its now the 23rd and it is still there, why cant they just send it already, every other ups station sent my package very quickly
