Sigma is on the back part of the building, and best way for a semi to get in is backing up from Alcoa since if busy, there's little to no room to turn around in the parking lot. Over all my experiences here have been good. Receiving people are nice and courteous.

Very nice people 3 trucks park on drive way overnight and 3 AM they pulls inside and only door no. 7 they unloads. Give paperwork in truck. Few street parking spaces also available.
