By far the worst concept for a bed frame. The entire mattress and box spring sit on 3 vertical bars that sit on a lip which is industrial GLUED to the rest of the bed ! Mattress and box spring are good but it couldn’t hold me and my bed off the ground for more than two years. What a joke.

As a Dealer of theirs we are Disappointed, of their service. When they messed up the order, we have to go and pick up our pending items. When it was their error, not professional. Yeah they tell us to deliver next week but we need it for a customer this weekend. Not good at all =-(
