Awesome people in receiving. Every shipping and receiving need to be like this. Parking was tight but they even moved truck out of my way to make it easier to back in and helped guide me.

They are friendly but get in no hurry after the trailer is unloaded. OFFICE PERSONNEL IS VERY SLOW. Dock workers are top notch. Unload took 20 minutes, 2 hrs later I'm still waiting for call to get paperwork.

We ordered 300 turkeys to giveaway in Ontario. The order delivery time was set for 7:45. The driver arrived on time at 7:20 way before schedule. Took 3 pallets out the truck no problems and great customer service. I ordered the Turkeys from Scott great guy and his response time by email and phone we're great. Scott even came out to the event to make sure the delivery went well. Now that's above and beyond service. 300+ people will get to eat next Thursday. Thanks for everything. A+

The staff is very bad. If a truck comes late to drive, they fine it. If the load gets unloaded late, they say just be patient. ?

Juan and his Crew are top notch!Very nice place to unload.DO NOT drive into the lot before you have checked in!!Plenty of parking on the street.Park and walk to the office.Real simple stuff.Docking is a bit tight but if you can back up?No problems.Just a good place to deliver!

"Safety is everyone's resoonsibility at Rancho Foods" !!!!!!Well, if safety is their concern they should have been concerned about how this dock set up should be fixed!!!!!Bullshiii***t docks!!!!Owner/ engr/ designer shoukd be shot right on the middle of their eyes!!!

Rancho Foods is a small tight location saying that they seem very organized. Follow the process.Park on the STREET walk in gate to check in. They will take your phone # and call you to come in. If you just go in you will clog everything up.There is overnight parking on the street and a McDonald’s just past location with some truck parking spaces also room for creative drivers to park as well.They use lumpers my fee was $100 @10 pallets I used EFS.

If you’re a business owner, don’t bother getting your meat here. There are many other companies that will give you better product and treat you right. This place does not attend customers well, just left because none of the men behind the counter bothered checking in with me, in fact one of them was on their cellphone texting and smiling with no regard to the people waiting for their order. Very unprofessional workflow here and it’s very obvious. Never coming back thank you very much! Warning you all right now
