Hello i purchased a pbx 1212 bluetooth speaker from a small store in my town and the 30 day warranty had just expired. I started having problems with the volume control knob. So i called qfx and the were very pprofession.i spoke to a man named jaun and he assured me that he would look into my optio s. He asked if i could bring it in to their warehouse. So two days later i drove o er to the warehouse about 40 miles from my house. I was greated by jaun with a smile and he took my unit in. He came back 10 minites later and said he took care of everything. We even ytalked a few more minutes before i left and he ga e me dire tio s to the fwy. I am very happy with my speaker.

I ordered this from Walmart. It said it came with 2 speaker stands an 2 remotes. When it was delivered, no speaker stands an only one remote. Walmart credit me $6

Recently purchased a dvd player (m0del# DV-109) from QFX. It was 'supposed' to play MP3 cd's, which is the only reason I purchased it. I contacted their help-line 3 times by email and also called them on the phone. I never received an email reply and when I 'finally' talked to a person, I did not get an answer to ANY of my questions. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. I want to personally thank you for the amazing customer support Thursday when my qfx bt-1956 completely frozen. I was directed to the defect department and was told to let the battery drain and recharge it and it worked. not only that those speakers have a incredible battery life and I have two for the TWS function. love your products

I received a QFX PBX-91 wireless bluetooth speaker as one of my work anniversary gift(s) from the company I work for. When I received the speaker, it looked refurbished; dulled plastic exterior, lights scratches on surface. But, the tags were in place and I figured I was being picky. Had it for 6 weeks, was saving to use for a party -first time used. It broke in the middle of the party. The unit would turn on, lights worked, holds a charge, but no sounds was coming out. I called the manufacturer. It was a terrible experience. The customer service rep, Juan, was rude and short, except when he had to explain to me what the company's response to my call about my broken speaker... then he spoke so fast that when I asked him to repeat himself I got an attitude from him! Awful experience. So turns out the motherboard was fried. The solution (and let me remind you that this was 6 weeks after purchase, so is was still under the 1 year warranty period)...the solution was to have me pay for the $23 USD to ship the speaker back to the company, they would fix the motherboard and send it back to me. How after 6 weeks is this company not apologizing for a defective product and shipping a new one to me with a return label so I can ship the old one back??? Why is this the buyer's burden and responsibility? Where does this entitlement and attitude from this company stem from? WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER QFX PRODUCT AGAIN!! EVER

I need help. my husband bought me a qfx sbx-412300 however there is absolutely no sound when I'm connected to FM or Bluetooth. I've also tried 3 different devices , 2 androids and one iPhone. and it connects but there's no sound. please help me. I was really excited about this speaker and my husband spent over 300 dollars for it and it doesn't work.

I bought 4 of your fm/am sw1,sw2 4 Band radio's and I love the amount of channels it has and the volume. Fantastic radio for being so small.

Better Customer Service...Very pleased with product, however the antenna broke after warranty and I waited all day to try to get information on replacing the antenna and was faced with the worst customer service that I ever encountered. Apparently they only had one person working at this company besides the lady answering the phone and he never did talk to me or help me in any way, leaving for the day at 4PM when the hours stated that they were available until 5PM. Terrible company!

The customer service here is not very good. and non-existent. I have contacted them several times about how to access a instruction manual for 37" Sound Bar Speaker with Bluetooth and FM Radio that I received for Christmas, but have received no response. The manual cannot be found online.
