Amateur Case builders.We had this company build a case for our lighting board. Sent them a drawing with specified features (nothing crazy, very simple). They chose to go their own route and didn't really follow any of our guidelines.Asked for two handles on each side. Got one.Asked for the entire top to be hinged. Got half of the top hinged. so now we cant just leave the console in the case and operate. We have to remove it just to use it.They insisted we buy a monitor to fit inside the lid even though we didnt need that bc we had our own monitor.Seems to be a significant amount of glue overspray for the foam which has ultimately spread to our lighting console which is now covered in glue and foam, and constantly gets stuck in the case now because of it.Asked for it to be done by a certain date and it came 3 months later... also it was extremely overpriced.Additionally when we reached out to Shane the owner multiple times asking about the timeline he got defensive and played the victim card. He was horrible to work with.

Called Shane for a repair. He said bring it in. Thought it was going to be expensive, but it was very reasonable. They got it fixed within the hour. Am very happy.

Let me just start by saying Shane the owner is incredibly rude. Throught the whole transaction he did nothing for customer service. I had to constantly contact him to get updates on my order. I ordered a case for a photo booth and was told it would be done within 2-3 weeks. At the end of week 3 I contacted him to see what was going on and was informed he "had a machine break" and hadn't even started on my product. I informed him I had to have it by a specific date he said no problem. Long story short he continued to blow me off until I finally got my product the day before my deadline! On top of all that the case looked like complete CRAP! The back door was broken off upon delivery and half of the screws holding the case together had fallen out. There were gaps and missing brackets everywhere. This is an incredibly inferior product and I would never order from this company again! Save yourself the trouble and take your business else where.
